In the last 90 minutes, I have had 6 phone calls from the stupid Medicare supplement people. I get them every day, but never this frequently. I send them straight to voicemail and block, report junk and delete them as soon as they hang up. They are supposedly calling from small towns in our state where we don’t know anyone. We already have our supplement and it’s fully paid for by DH’s retirement plan. No way are we switching. Arrrrrrrgh! HOW DO I MAKE THEM STOP? ?

Update: I had no idea that I could do that! It took less than a minute! Thank you christine58 ! Update #2: on iPhones, go to Settings - Phone - Silence unknown callers! No idea about Android!

look into this.
"You can register your phone number for free by calling 1-888-382-1222 (voice) or 1-866-290-4236 (TTY) from the phone number you want to register. You can also register online at DoNotCall.gov. Once registered, your number will remain on the list unless you remove it or discontinue service.

This now sounds like a double whammy of protection from the unconscionable number of phone calls I'm getting.

Yay and if it’s a legitimate person like one time I got a call from a doctors office, but it was like an extension so it wasn’t in my contacts, they will leave a voicemail. Glad I could help

There were no replies when I posted mine then they all popped up. I see you solved the problem

The phone numbers are all there in case I need them. Pure silence. Thanks again so much. 😊

That registration for do not call turned into a useless site. No company honors it. If you block them, they use a different number and call again.
