bc2ca , best news of the day is that your PETscan was clear. I wish LSS's would become a thing, again. teddyw and Delta Dawn , thank you for your feedback on Botox. I've heard that it's very painful, but a month long migraine is just the pits. The Birdhouse Lady , I'm hoping that pt will give you energy. kelly8875 , May you feel much better by morning. I'm trying to knit and so is my big cat. I'm not getting a lot done. Knit one. Purl one. Swat a paw away. Scratch behind kitty ears. Repeat the above. I am not saying not to try it. It did nothing for me so please manage your expectations. That's really helpful, Delta Dawn. All feedback is good. I'm going to discuss all options w/my neurologist and see what he recommends. This is apparently, the new normal and it's not working for me.

Try it and see you have nothing to lose except $350/3 mos.

I’ve had it multiple times with zero pain. The needle is so small II only feel it in certain spots.

So, I was leisurely watching TV and eating lunch when I realized my Chiro appointment was less than 15 minutes away. I might have speeded a little and arrived 3 minutes late but he was running a tad behind so all was good. Then I went to Costco. I usually hit Costco about 20 minutes after they open to miss the opening rush. It was about 12:30 when I arrived. OMG! First, it was hard to find a parking spot and they have a HUGE lot. Then, I have never experienced so many rude shoppers trying to get in the front door! I get in line and I'm about 2 people away from swiping my card and people are barging into me like they are giving gold bars away at the samples tables. Once inside several people mentioned the same thing. BUT, my score of the day was 2 $50 HoneyBaked Ham gift cards for $79.95. Maybe they always sell them but I've never noticed them. It will save me $20 on my HBH at Christmas. Little things like that make me happy. Then, at Raley's, they were out of their $3.98 grated Parmesan cheese so the manager of that department gave me a bag of premium grated Parm and said to tell the cashier to charge me $3.98. Great customer service.

Happy Monday all! Sorry for those under the weather. I'm actually feeling fine. My kids were big swimmers (my son still is in college). They had the hooded towel things when they were younger and my son has two of the big swim parkas. My daughter stole his high school one and she wears it when it's cold outside - it's crazy warm. He rarely wore it and doesn't wear the college one much either. He runs hot, so it has to be really, really cold for him to bust it out. I'm super excited because after his bad accident a few years ago, he couldn't swim ad he's finally back in the pool for his senior year. We're going out next month to watch a meet. He's had a long road! He was a bit frustrated that he was so far off his best times, but decided to just enjoy the team and being back in the pool.
Dinner is something with pork chops - take care all!

I am back from pt and I didn't croak!!! I did all the warm up stuff while focused on something else that was going on in the room. Apparently, people watching really takes my mind off my own issues!! I am glad I went, and I do feel a bit better.

The report of my day today will be short because it was hell and I'm in pain. We had snow roll in this morning ... people don't remember how to drive in snow ... it took me THREE HOURS to get to the school where I was subbing today ... then another hour to get home this afternoon ... While at the school my foot was killing me all day ... I'm not going to work tomorrow. My dinner at the moment is a prescription muscle relaxant

leannec, you really need a closer look at that foot. Can you get a referral to a podiatrist? I'm sorry that you're suffering. Darcy Collins, how wonderful that your ds is back in the pool. cadoodlebug, quickly, run out and get a lottery ticket. What a great day for bargains!!!!!

Thanks for sharing. I like the idea of adding quinoa and the sundried tomatoes. There was a cup of leftover rice in the fridge that I threw in my mix, along with the lentils, tomatoes, spinach and feta and everyone was happy. While at the school my foot was killing me all day Are you being given any advice to stay off it? Elevate? Ice? Heat? Tape/tensor/wrap? Wear a foot brace/boot? Darcy Collins, I remember your son's accident and am happy to hear he is back in the pool, too.
