I was recently looking at info for constipation, and of course now I keep getting all kinds of ads for different products.
Has anyone tried these more 'natural' remedies -- such as Happy Mammoth, Hilma, Pinch, Bio.me, Yayday, Seed?
I was looking into them to avoid taking laxatives.
Thanks!

Talk to your doctor. There are so many “remedies” out there that are so off the wall. Some of them are even harmful.
You really want to find the reason you are constipated in the first place. More fiber helps some, others, it makes worse. It could be from some medications or supplements you are taking. I’m taking iron and it is making thing much worse, but I need the iron. Gut health has become a very talked about topic lately. It really affects your overall health much more than I realized. This is something I’ve been dealing with for several years. I’m still looking for something that works for the long term.

I also take magnesium everyday. Was prescribed to me for my migraines but also helped with constipation issues. When I started Wegovy the constipation issues were magnified so I increased my magnesium and added a stool softener and probiotic.

Have you try Calm the magnesium supplement? I had took it for a while to try to improve my sleep but I had to stop because it made me go to the bathroom a little too much.

I’m still looking for something that works for the long term. I did see a gastroenterologist, and had a colonoscopy. All was fine and he said to take Miralax. Which I have been taking once or twice a week for over a year. Now I have read articles saying laxatives like Miralax can contribute to dementia. Since my mother and grandmother had dementia, I really want to avoid anything that could cause it! Thus I was looking at the natural stuff. No meds that should be causing it. I tend to have a very slow digestive system - always have since childhood.

I recommend Atrantil -- you can get it on Amazon or in health food stores.
It helps with all kinds of tummy troubles. When I started I took 2 capsules 3x day. Now I just take it at night and sometimes in the morning if I had a big meal that has made my stomach a little upse.

Try taking Betaine HCL with food. It helps you digest food. Also take a strong probiotic daily. It helps pushing the digested food along.

Magnesium citrate is good for constipation. Increase your dose until you're too regular. Magnesium in all the different forms is a relaxant, can help with muscle cramps, calm your brain etc.
