I mostly get my recipes online and from the America’s Test Kitchen subscription. I love cookbooks though! What’s your favorite cookbook right now that you’re using. Thanks!

TikTok and Reels....
I am trying out an app called ReciMe - I 'share' the recipe from Instagram or Facebook (it sometimes works with TikTok) and it 'translates' it into a nice easy to follow recipe format.
It isn't free, but so far I am liking it. I am amazed at how it can take a spoken recipe and turn it into a printable and easy to follow format!

Here are two that I've recently gotten and love. Yay! I’m so glad you got Nisha’s cookbook too! I am wrapping up my year with her meal plans which I have really enjoyed and I’ve been making lots of recipes from the cookbook too. The shaksuka recipe is awesome.

Sorrel I haven't had a bad recipe out of that book yet. And the book is gorgeous.

I have Big Vegan Flavor on my gift wish list. I'm a huge Yotam Ottolenghi fan these days and have his Flavor and Plenty cookbooks but will go to his website more often than to the bookshelf. I love to type in whatever I have on hand (carrots or cauliflower, etc) and see what recipes come up.

Here are two that I've recently gotten and love. Big Vegan Flavor here also! Also thanks to jeremysgirl for suggesting it. It has a place on my hutch cookbook shelf. However, it is usually on the coffee table in front of me most days. I love looking through it. The first part of the book has her tips, hints, etc. and I love reading those. I have made several things from it and not a bad food item yet. After the first of the year I may look into her weekly meal planning thing.

Most of my recipes now are from online and I transfer whatever takes my fancy to Paprika app but I do like cookery books that are well illustrated and a wee bit chatty. My most recent book purchase is Plant You, Scrappy Cooking by Carleigh Bodrug. The tag line is "140+ Plant-Based Zero-Waste Recipes that are good for you, your wallet and the planet". Lots of lovely illustrated recipes, chatty bits and ways to use up foods that would end up in the refuse. I'm reading it rather than cooking from it at the moment.

America's Test Kitchen Mediterranean Cookbook. I have only made one recipe (I made it twice in case it was a fluke the first time) that I have not loved. My kids are now hooked on hummus.

I go to the ATK website, as well. That's where the bulk of my recipes live.

The two cookbooks that I have actually used many, many times are both Trim Healthy Mama cookbooks. I don’t follow their program anymore but they have a lot of good family recipes.
I use Pinterest all the time.

I bought the kindle version first, but I’m so glad I got the actual book. We just did a trip to Italy with friends, so we had movie night. Everything we made from the cookbook was amazing.

I have been going through my Pinterest recipes lately. I saved them, so now I'm making them...what a crazy idea! I've been going through my Pinterest boards--getting them more organized, deleting broken links, etc. And in doing so we've both tried several new recipes lately, and remembered a few we've liked in the past.

Google is hands down the "cookbook" I turn to. I really do love a beautiful actual book even if I don't use it. I've thrifted quite a number over the last few years that are just fun for me to look through. Now that might be a fun book challenge jeremysgirl, Setting a goal of making at least one thing per month from different cookbooks.

I get most of my recipes from Pinterest but I love to look through cookbooks. Most of mine are in storage now so I don't have access to them.
As an aside, my exH got me the set of Modernist Cuisine when it came out and it's just a beautiful set that is collecting dust. They're going for about $425 on eBay so i need to figure out how to sell them. They weigh a ton so the person who buys them will be spending a lot on shipping!

Keep it Zesty - Edy Massih - the hummus is ethereal!, dukkah, lemony chicken orzo soup, za'tar chicken, shwarma chicken tacos, lemony sheet pan chicken, tahini brownies...
Let's Eat - Dan Pelosi - early dismissal pot roast, the vodka sawce, sheet pan breakfast sandwich, bean, kale, linguica skillet, piri piri roast chicken, four seasons salad... He's also publishing some amazing recipes on NYT Cooking (chicken pesto meatballs, pumpkin cardamom muffins)
I took Smitten Kitchen Everyday - Deb Perelman out of the library recently and made the blueberry muffins, corn succotash, fennel/pear/hazelnut salad, everything drop biscuits (3x), fall-toush salad, carrot salad and Siberian pelmini.

The Cozy Cook - she just released her 2nd cookbook and I think it might be even better than her 1st.

Mine would have to be 'Dinner" by Recipe Tin Eats. Recipe Tin. I also have the follow up 'Tonight', which I'm still reading. Yes, I second this one. Mum raced out and bought 'Tonight' as soon as it was released, but I haven't had a chance to look through it yet. My other current Fave is 'Always Delicious' by Marion Grasby. Plus every recipe on her website.

I always turn to the Betty Crocker Picture Cookbook. Also the Betty Crocker Cooky Cookbook.
I bought the new Dolly Parton cookbook, Good Lookin Cookin but I don't recommend it.
