I wanted to create a reflection image card and since I don't have those type of stamp sets I decided to use vellum.
I used Recollections vellum as that is what I had, my Memento black tux ink, and my Ohuhu alcohol markers.
The stamped image dried immediately with no issues. But when I began to color the image, the ink bled.
It worked out as I colored the opposite side by following the stamped lines.
My question is, is there a better vellum or ink that would work? Or is that how it is because of the vellum?
Coloring the opposite side of the stamped image worked but curious if a different ink or vellum would work better and not bleed.

WOW, it's super cute! I think what you did worked perfectly. I would suggest either Staz-On or another permanent ink, or heat embossing the stamped image. Heat embossing can be tricky on vellum though, since the plastic coating can warp easily, and you get the bold shiny lines which might not be the look you want. Coloring the back seems to give the look of a reflection better than either of those would IMO.

I think I might just keep using the technique I did. It worked! Now would using a bone folder smooth out the edges of my die cut stamped image? I noticed it was rough as I had it upside down.
