*NEW* Simple Stories - January 2025 release (incl sports)

The hockey collection looks a lot like their old page pieces.

I'm pretty sure that basketball one is the same line I bought from them several years ago? If not, it's pretty darn close.

I got so excited, then realized there is no volleyball.

I'm not sure it would be possible for me to care any less about sports.

I need a marching band line and a line for dance that's not pink and pointe shoes or bowler hats and canes.

The sports lines are all an easy pass. I'm also kind of over Pooh lines, although as with the EP ones I think there are some cute b sides and I really like the floral pack. I might pick up a couple of pieces from this.

I don't have a need for most of the sports, but it's good to see them made available for others that do! I'll probably get the golf collection because we golf a lot. I just wish they would come up with different colors once in awhile. I realize it's golf so there will always be green. But, it seems blue is always the other color. And this collection with red. I wear pink and yellow a lot when I golf and these collections just don't coordinate. I mean, I use em anyway, but it would be nice to see a little different color scheme.
I may also get the cornhole collection, although that is not what we call it around here. But, we do play occasionally with friends, and I could use some of the collection to make a couple of fun pages.

Anyone know how many papers come in the small sports kits? I could use the swimming as both my kids swim club and HS. I don't understand why they put a big S on the suits. S for swim? But why not leave it off?

Im going to get the golf (we play a ton of mini golf) and cornhole ones.

I'm disappointed yet again with Simple Stories. Winnie the Pooh again? The Echo Park lines were much better IMO. As for sports, it's too 'themey' for me. I'm hoping for a summer/ fall release that is as gorgeous as the collections that were released - two years ago I think.

Nothing there for me. But it did make me look up cornhole. I’ve never heard of that before.

I like the sports lines. I don't really have a need for them but I like that they are a smaller collection and include some I haven't seen before (or have seen very limited) like Pickleball, Goilf and Cornhole.

I have so many photos from when my kids were younger and played sport, but sadly there are never any cricket or an Australian Rules football kits!   The Australian scrapbook market is just way too small for anyone to make products for our sports. My kids played basketball, but every basketball themed kit I've seen is orange and black, and are not the right colours for their teams' colours.
