He's currently in the ER and is going to be admitted for more IV fluids and pain management. This is the first time he's EVER stayed overnight in the hospital in his 74 years.
Update: 1/24
Thank you everyone. He's home. He was dehydrated and had some sort of episode with his GI tract called ileus.

Sending lots of prayers for your dad! What is causing his pain? My dad is currently in the hospital due to pain also. He has cancer and rheumatoid arthritis. Ugh, it's hard!! I hope your dad receives amazing care and is feeling better really soon!! Keep us posted.
