I am a huge fan of scam/fraud documentaries. I am rewatching American Greed, just found Scam Goddess and have others I've watched. I am looking for other suggestions.

I don't know if you like podcasts, but the latest issue of the Economist has a cover story about the rampant rise of online scams, along with a new podcast series called "Scam Inc." that was just released. Not sure if they are still available on Neflix, but Fyre, The Greatest Party to Never Happen, and Woodstock 99 were both good.

A good podcast is Scamfluencers (by Wondery) with Scaachi and Sarah and another is Swindled (by a Concerned Citizen) Both these podcasts have great stories of scams.

I haven't watched it yet, but I am very well across the Belle Gibson story. She's been in the news here for years. One of my favourite shows from last year was another Australian show called Fake. It is also based on a true story, and the book of the same name, written by the woman who was scammed. It was on Paramount + here, but I don't know whether it is available in the US / Canada / UK. |

I just started listening to a podcast called Kaitlyn's Baby about Kaitlyn Braun. Absolutely crazy story.
