From what I know, this is how to post photos without making them being attachments: ( I am quoting myself from another thread) It is super easy. You DO NOT have to make a Postimages account unless you want to. I listed below the steps I take to post a photo without a Postimages account. postimages.org
Posting a photo without a Postimages account:
These instructions are made using my laptop. If you're using a phone, the location of these choices on your screen may be in different places.- In the middle of the screen, click on DO NOT RESIZE MY IMAGE and select "for message boards" from the drop down menu.
- Below that click on CHOOSE IMAGES to select which image you want to upload from your device (phone, computer, tablet, etc) Select the photo and "upload" on your device.
- (Your photo uploads to Postimages and you will see a list of options)
- To then bring the image into a thread here:
- Click on the little blue icon to the right of "HOTLINKS FOR FORUMS". It will copy the URL.
- Paste the URL into the BODY of a post (you don't need to click on anything over here on Proboards). Just paste it in your post.
- After submitting you should see your image in your post. Hooray!
