#1 would be my choice. #3 is ok and I think they others are just plain ugly. Those are difficult colors to work with, do you have color choices?

I don't really care for black dresses either. A mint color in #1 could be pretty, or perhaps a royal blue in #3?

1 or 4 would be the easiest dance in from looking at the style. 3 is really good but it does look like a reception/bridesmaid dress.

I was leaning towards one but I've just been told I'm too old for it. lol #4 is wool so it may be hot #3 seems like it might show every inch of fat. I don't have the best selection here. #2 is definitely out of the running now. Well I did say above that I would initially think it would be for early to mid 20's, but honestly dancing on NYE, I think you would look great in it no matter the age. It looks most comfortable for having fun and dancing, will look gorgeous on NYE, and won't be hot or constricting. I definitely wouldn't go wool, and if you are already worried about a dress showing imperfections I would toss it out before it made you so self conscious that it ruins your night. ETA: I just looked again, and I think the neckline on #1 makes it look more mature than childish. If it was strapless, then I would think it's more of a young girl's choice. So I think you would be good to pick that one. I zoomed in on the neckline on #1 so it's back in the running. I thought it was strapless too. |

Seriously just spit on myself. With the new information on the event, I would honestly go with #1 and have a blast!!! That's what we usually do every year and instead of what I call the skank look, I go for fun and flirty so I can have an awesome time dancing the night away and feeling young and fun. Can I just say that sometimes I am shopping and I say to myself, "That would look awesome on Annabella! Can I also just say that I would look dead in any of those selections (due to the colors), but they will look great on you. I am done now.  I would pick #1 due to the dancing factor. I like 3 better, but it looks difficult to dance in. I like the color of number 4, but the fabric on the hip would make hips looks wider and who wants that? |

First vote is #1, I think it's fun and you'll be comfortable dancing. Second choice is #3. It's pretty, but doesn't look great for dancing.

But I don't really like 2 for you.
