Hello. I posted this in the cardmaking forum, but thought it might get more traction if i also post it here. I hope no one minds! If you do, please let me know and I'll delete this one! ******************* Pink flamingoes have been a long-standing "thing" for a friend. In May they celebrate their 70th birthday. I am going to arrange to have their yard *flamingoed* with 70 of them, but would also like to send a card with 70 flamingoes on it. I've never made a card with a flamingo on it! I imagine it as being a fold out, maybe with 5 panels front and back? I only have the little flamingo from this set from the Weekender event: spellbinderspaperarts.com/products/tropical-flair-etched-dies-from-the-happy-hour-collection?_pos=3&_sid=9d91a1e8a&_ss=rIt is cute, and I could do a cacophony of them in pinks BUT, I thought it would be much more interesting to have a bunch of different sizes of die cut flamingoes, so this is where (I hope) you might be able to help! Do you have any flamingo dies? Would you be willing to die cut anywhere from a few to a bunch of them in whatever pink cardstock you'd like and mail them to me? I am HAPPY to pay for postage and a little something something to help pay for your supplies. If they have a number of pieces, in order to make it easier on you, if you could just assemble one so I'd be able to see how it's supposed to look, I can take over from there. * oh and if anyone has any Flamingo birthday greetings/sentiments and might be willing to send one to me, please give a holler. I have several bird stamps, but nothing specifically Flamingo related. 100 (ok 70) thank yous in advance!

I will go through my summer stuff and see if I have any to send you. Would a sticker be okay?

I have a flamingo on one of my Cricut cartridges, I also have one in my Silhouette library. I would be happy to cut a few of each and send them your way.

Ok that is so weird. I ALSO have a friend who is celebrating her 70th birthday and her "thing" has always been flamingos. But her birthday is in February and her surprise party is in March!
Anyway, I made a card and found a flamingo sticker in one of my summer sticker sheets.

What a cute idea!
And your friend is lucky to have such a creative and thoughtful friend!
I hope you are flooded with flamigos!

Thanks so much girls! I really would prefer die cuts so that there is a sense of continuity to the card. With stamped images the style differences and the different colored white CS BG would probably send my little brain into a tizzy.
@breetheflea, I would love to take you up on your offer, many thanks!

I have a small flamingo die. It’s 1.5 inches tall and about 1 inch wide. If you’re interested in some that small, I’m happy to cut a few and send your way.

I posted on the stamping page just let me know, I cut one out just to see how big it is. It is the old 4x4 die from quickutz that you could only get at archive’s. It is 5 1/4 tall and about 3 1/2 wide

Count me in! I have a couple Silhouette flamingo designs I could cut and send in different pinks. When do you need them?

What style are you looking for? I've got a few but they're different enough I likely wouldn't use them on a card together, unless a whole mash of styles was the point. One of them looks like it'd match your Weekender bird pretty well. These are copic coloured but it'd be easy to make them solid cardstock instead.

Whether they are head to toes one shade of pink, or have a different color for the beak, legs, and/or eyes. I think if I start coloring/stamping them it'll just be too much going on with 70 flamingoes on the card. Does that make sense?

Afraid I don't have any flamingos in that style to offer.
