I've been wanting to learn Spanish for while now. I took a little back in college but I would like to learn more. What online resources do you recommend. Please not Rosetta Stone because that is currently not in the budget. Thank you!

Our public library has free online courseware for Mango. They have over 200 languages you can study. It's a great resource and free if you have a library card.

I would recommend the Duolingo app too. I am learning French through it and my mom is learning German. You can also do it on a computer if you don't have a tablet.
