I jumped into a pool the other day, and landed on my tippy toes/pad of my foot. It hurt a little but not to big of a deal. Yesterday I was doing lots of stuff around the house without shoes on and I must of made it worse. I can barely walk it hurts so bad. I guess I can use it as an excuse for hubby to wait on me hand and "foot." Ha Ha

I'm sorry! Ice, elevation and, when you can, gentle slow movement. That will help keep it from getting stiff.

Ouch! Put a little bit of pain-relieving/ anti-inflammatory gel on it? Here we use Voltaren.

My daughter did that last summer. She was either in a lot of pain or miled it for all it was worth.

Ouch! That sounds so painful!
I did something to my foot while wearing Danskos out on a walk a few years ago. I did something like stretched a tendon in the bottom of my foot. I can't explain it to anyone what was wrong other than it effing hurt.
Bruising your foot sounds wayyyyyy more painful! Ice, ice, ice!! Let it heal. That's the only advice I have for you.
Lots of sympathy!!!!
