We love our Keurig - I'm mostly a one cup a day gal, so is DH. So making a huge pot every day isn't something we need to do.
DS works at a brewery, and they also do coffee. He can get us free coffee - beans we need to grind - and while that is great, we need a refillable pod set that actually works and doesn't leak water everywhere.
Anybody have ones that they recommend? We had the original Keurig one that was in the big grey holder and it was just shitty. I'd love to stop wasting so much plastic and use one we fill ourselves!

We like these a lot. Dont overfill as the coffee will expand when brewed. I pick the strong function of my keurig. a.co/d/4TTIIvs

DH uses the reusable pod that came with his Keurig. I've never once made coffee in it, so I can't comment on the use of it. He's a die-hard coffee fan, but now uses a Keurig-compatable Cuisinart coffee maker.

I just purchased my 2nd set of “Good Cups” brand of kcups. www.amazon.com/dp/B01ENXS1C8?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_titleThey work well for us. I do use paper filters in them because my DH likes to grind our coffee rather fine and I hate coffee grinds in my coffee. Ugh. ETA - A couple of hints: Don’t over fill them. Try poking a hole in the center of the grounds with a bamboo skewer to make it easier to close the lid and for a better water dispersal. Make sure the lid is closed tightly. You will hear a snap, and if it’s closed tightly, the lid will not pop open. I recently had a blowout with coffee grounds all over, but it was not with a filled Reusable k-cup. It was a purchased genuine k-cup from the grocery store. I fill all seven of the cups at a time and store them in an airtight container. That seems to keep the filled reusable cups and coffee fresh. ETA - I also recommend purchasing a Coffee Scoop & Funnel for Reusable K Cup Refillable Coffee Pods if you’re going to be filling multiple kcups at a time. Much easier, quicker and virtually no spilling of grounds.

NOt sure what Keurig model you have? But if you have one that is 'multi-stream' - be sure to get that type of reusable KCup. I had a multistream Keurig, but it failed repeatedly and I finally switched to a Ninja Dual Brew - which you can brew a pot (even as small as a couple cups) or Kcups. It is also multistream. The Multistream brews make a MUCH MUCH better tasting cup of coffee! If you ever decide to replace your Keurig - I HIGHLY recommend switching to this Ninja. It is also not huge on my countertop. A plus for sure. The water tank is big and easy to refill. It is so durable and coffee tastes better. Ninja Dual Brew Pro
I also like having a filter in the reusable KCup. Reusable KCup filters
