It always amazes me when some person or organization pull an item from storage or some other recess of a house or building, thinking it's nothing of note, and it turns out to be something astonishing. Alas, all I ever find in the nooks and crannies of my house are pieces of trash repurposed into some sort of repair supply.

I read this story on HCR AND on Reuters! There was a picture where a woman was handling it with her bare hands (the same picture is in the BBC article), I was shocked. Even if they didnt think it was an OG, wouldn't they take precautions to keep oils off it?

That's a really cool find, and I also learnt we have a copy here in Australia. There was a picture where a woman was handling it with her bare hands (the same picture is in the BBC article), I was shocked. Even if they didnt think it was an OG, wouldn't they take precautions to keep oils off it? I have read that gloves are not always recommended when handling old documents as they are more prone to getting damaged due the gloves removing some of the fine control you have with bare hands.
