Anyone working on a card or layout or pocket page? What about organizing or cleaning?
I am having DH keep an eye on DD while I work on a layout that I started almost 2 weeks ago. The papers and embellishments were picked and the photos printed. Now to make the pocket page.

I snuck in briefly this morning when DD18 got a last minute grad party invite and needed one more congratulations card but otherwise it'll be late this coming week at the earliest before I'll get to scrap

I’m in my craft space, but my craft space is also my room so I’m just in my room 😂 no but seriously I a going to try to finish up a layout during toddlers nap time.

Yes, I am. I've brought out my 2024 WITL and am trying to work a plan to print the photos. I have the album put together with the stuff, and there is a ton of ephemera I shoved in here from the week I did it last year. I grabbed my 2024 Hobo Cousin, which has the notes I took for that week. I am going to watch a couple of videos to see what other people did so I can get an idea of direction and plan. Then I'm going to start printing photos. I am pretty sure part of it is about meals, and that I took an OOTD photo each day and then most or all of the days I took a photo of something that is a circle. Beyond that, I gotta figure out what I did. It really would have been a good idea to get this done a LONG TIME ago but at least everything (except the photos) is all together and the album is put together by day with the stuff all arranged.

Me! I had to sew my jacket pocket to stop my keys from ending up in the lining lol so while I had the sewing machine out I sewed a little embellishment to finish a LO. Then I bought some Silhouette files which would not show up in my library and spent the rest of the afternoon trouble shooting.  |

Having a pool party right now for my 2 grandsons birthday at my house - but hoping this later tonight.
Yesterday, I did a little. I have the next two days off and no one here during the day so plan on scrapbooking until my husband gets home. We decided to just stay home for Memorial Day and I am looking forward to that. Hoping to get some more layouts done!

I took his photo graduation announcement and used it on a 9x12 page. Once he is feeling close to 100% we have to do his senior cap and gown session. Going to his 2 elementary schools, jr High, and high school. Then park across the street that has a great bridge for a few more photos. |

I've been in the room my scrap stuff lives in all day. I'm doing a major clean up in that room, made a pile for donation, and found random scrap stuff in weird places but besides returning the scrappy things to my desk area, I haven't touched my scrap stuff.

I hope to spend most of the day in my craft area. I need to organize for making cards next Thursday. I'm also going to a crop in a week and need to plan out my projects so I don't haul too much stuff.

Yes, yesterday and today I’ve been setting up my WITL album. I was inspired by Ali to sew on my pages and it’s been quite comical. Wasted way too much time yesterday setting up a sewing station and remembering how to thread my machine. After I started I realized how rusty I am. Anyway, the first few days of my album with sewing look a bit janky but the last half of the week look good lmao.

Citygirl I just “inherited” one of those tiny sewing machines from my sister and don’t have the nerve to try it 🤣 I’ll be in and out today. I’m going through my cardstock trying to decide which Bazzill I want to stock up on in case it is no longer produced due to the recent(ish) acquisition of American Crafts. I can’t find a current cardstock with great texture that isn’t flatter and takes on a sheen. Seeing as I just threw everything in files by color, and they mostly don’t have branding strips, figuring out what’s what based on my mid aughts sample books has been…interesting. And finding the neutrals I want is very difficult.
