I signed up for a workshop with a Brit and the supplies list includes “lightweight card” and “stiff card”. Googling doesn’t tell me what these are. Can you help me?

I'd ask the workshop leader. I'd assume lightweight card was like Bazzill cardstock and stiff card was mountboard/greyboard or similar but I could be wide of the mark. Maybe someone else here knows.
Enquiring minds need to know what you are making.

I agree with gillyp - lightweight is simply thinner, flexible card than stiff card which is thicker and heavier.

I would assume stiff card is about 280-300gsm, and lightweight 180gsm. Maybe you can find a conversion for that online, because I can’t get to grips at all with how paper weight is described in the US. 😄
