If you have an rei nearby, easy to go there and try some out. I like the ones that do not twist to adjust in length but have clips..do watch videos about proper use, as there is a right way to use them.. and to adjust the length. the lighter you go, the more they tend to cost. rei has a 1 yr return policy

If I was home, I could help you. I had Z-folds that I used while getting ready to walk the Camino. I bought new ones there. Both sets were light. ETA: these I used at home. They worked just fine. I use one when I'm on the walking pad to keep my balance. a.co/d/2mtELPG
