So very sad - way too young. I saw on Threads somebody bitching out the online people speculating - all the anti-vax crowd are blaming vaccinations for it....ugh Let the woman rest in peace. Her poor family. Ugh. Trolls and bots determined to make every single possible thing into a political debate. |

Loved her. We are currently watching House of Knives with her. I first watched her when she was on that show to find the next Iron Chef. Loved her ever since.

Such a loss. Less than 24 hours before she died she finally met the “Green Lady” of Brooklyn. She followed her a block and they took a selfie together. For NY’ers it’s the best “celebrity sighting” and kind of like finding a Pokémon card.

A cause of death has been revealed for Food Network chef Anne Burrell following her sudden death on June 17. The beloved TV personality died by suicide, People confirmed Thursday. Her cause of death is specified as “acute intoxication due to the combined effects of diphenhydramine, ethanol, cetirizine, and amphetamine,” according to the New York City medical examiner’s office. Diphenhydramine and cetirizine are antihistamines, while ethanol is a compound found in alcohol. I actually yelled at the computer when I saw that this morning. I just loved watching her and I guess we never know what goes on behind closed doors. I just feel so bad for her family and for her that she wasn’t able to reach out for help

I actually yelled at the computer when I saw that this morning. I just loved watching her and I guess we never know what goes on behind closed doors. I just feel so bad for her family and for her that she wasn’t able to reach out for helpI was thinking about this when I read the article earlier. Im sad that she didn't think she could ask for help or didn't think anyone would care. She brought so much light to others - all the while, apparently in a dark place herself. |
