Kelly, my DSIL came over last night to do a check up on my computer and fixed it so I could view your video. IT IS SO WONDERFUL! My only complaint is that you make those silhouette dolls look so easy, but I know they are not! I'd never be able to do the inking in of the hair, etc. You are amazing. I love your faces you have done. Particularly the woman in the turban/scarf on her head. She is so beautiful. You have really grown in your art. I'm glad that someday we can say we knew you before you were famous! Cindy, I hope you get good news from your cardiologist. It is always hurry up and wait with medical tests. Keep us in the loop. I hope you all are getting some time to scrap or craft. This is a crazy busy week for me and I probably won't accomplish any scrapping. I did get most of my Christmas down, but the tree is still up. Good evening Peas! A big hello to all of you peas out there! We miss you and would love it if you stopped by and said a big hello!
Well no word from the cardiologist yet on the results of the monitor. Maybe tomorrow! I am still working out 5 days a week! Yes Kelly I am looking forward to Ballgate and rooting for Seattle! I still think the Pats should not be there. This is the second time they have been caught doing not so kosher things and if I was the owner I would be soooo embarrassed! But no one cares about my opinion. anyway time to move on.
I just feel bad that an innocent person will end up losing his job over it.
I have been doing jigsaw puzzles instead of scrapping but when this one is done I have some scrapping to do. Those grands have been busy lately! Other then whine I do nothave much going on here. Hope you all are having a great week and I will BBL!

Good Morning! Hope you all are having a great start to your weekends! Still no news on my monitor test. I really can not believe how they practice medicine these days. well anyway that is my sad tale for today. We got more snow-not as much as the northeast but it is not melting and is piling up. At least it is not the ice we got yesterday. I need to get to the grocery store today-did not go yesterday for fear of falling in icy parking lots. Welll hope you have a great weekend!
Nylene-did you go to the doc yesterday? How did that go?
Kelly-Yes will be watching the big game and rooting for Seattle!

Cindy, I did see the Dr. yesterday and I am doing MUCH better. My feet are nearly cleared but I still have mouth lesions. He decided not to inject my tongue, but wait a month to see if it continues to clear. Sorry to hear that you haven't had word from the cardiologist. I know you must be anxious, because I am for you.
Kelly, I hope you and Cindy enjoy the Superbowl. I plan to hibernate in my scraproom and avoid the noise of it. We have a Scout meeting here earlier on Sunday so my goal is to get the rest of my Christmas decorations put away before that. As long as I'm not into Feb. I feel ok about it. LOL!
Have a great weekend, everyone. I'll start a new thread for February.

Happy Friday!!! I hope you all have had a nice day. I had fun working on my new canvas this week. It is so big and I love having all that space to fill up. I hope to start my second on in a day or two. Yes, I will share with you soon. Oh, my dh started another temp assignment at the same company and we were so relieved. His original assignment ended last Friday. But thankfully, they found another job there for him to have. So he started last Monday and hopefully this one will turn into a permanent position. So fingers crossed! But a least he is working. :)Also, we celebrated our 9th wedding anniversary on Wednesday and plan to continue the celebration over the weekend. Nylene- I am so glad you got to see my video and liked it. Oh and yes, you can totally make my sassy gals. If you ever want to try I will walk you through it. It is a messy fun time, I tell ya! LOL! So happy you are feeling better too. That must have been so miserable and I hope it goes away and NEVER comes back. Sending you a hug! Have fun too on Sunday hiding out from the Superbowl noise! LOL! I know if I was there I would be yelling with folks watching the game and hanging out with you before the game.  Cindy- So happy you are coming along too. Hang in there sistah! I need to send some hot chocolate or tea or maybe both to you and Nylene. But I know watching the game will cheer us all up especially if Seahawks win. Can't wait to see it and the commericals too. Are you all still having crazy snow? Boy, what a storm! I hope you can get out shopping soon. I would be nervous driving and getting out there too. I am such a California gal and I can't even imagine how inconvenient the snow must be at times. Geez! |
