A couple of days ago I noticed my toilet was leaking. I went to Home Depot, bought a kit of all the internal toilet parts and watched a Youtube video. 1.25 hours later I have essentially a brand new toilet with no leaks! I've never done anything like this so I'm really proud of myself for trying and not just calling someone for help. Little things like this give me such a confidence boost.
What is something you've done lately that you are proud of?

Way to go! That is an achievement!
I have taken on some additional responsibilities at work and I'm proud of the fact that I'm managing the stress well! In the past, my anxiety would have got the best of me. But I have taken on the extra tasks in stride. And I know a part of that is because I work with supportive people who are going through the same thing.

I took BFF shopping today and got her some new yoga pants. I am so happy. When I am with her we are always successful so I was really happy I could get her some. We also went out for lunch and it was delicious!

I have eaten a strict carnivore diet for two weeks. I am a major sugar addict and I need to lose 100lbs, AND I have Lipedema which feeds off carbs and sugar. I can’t afford GLP-1 meds so I have to take matters into my own hands. I am proud of myself for finally saying yes to myself. I feel so great already.

Not me, but my better half has a second interview for a job on Monday morning. It would require us to move, but to an area we like (and could buy a house in!) and it would be a step up the ladder for him. I'm really excited for and proud of him. He was being fussy about it on Monday because he hasn't heard back yet (that was a week to the day he interviewed), and was convinced they didn't like him.
Of course he's now wondering why he worded a few things the way he did on his resume, but we've been talking about them and I think I've eased some of his concerns.
I think he has a very good chance of an offer. Yes, I know I'm biased; no, I don't care. 🥰
On a personal note, I helped one of my supervisors with a report and he was impressed with it. So something small-ish, but made me happy I figured it out.

I just got an unexpected raise during my company's annual review process. Proud that my work was noticed and is valued by others.

I’ve kept a house plant alive for a year. My snake plant even sprouted a “pup” and that been alive for 3 months.

I've been going to the gym 3 times a week since March! I'm retired, so I think of that as my work.

I bought a nice camera about 2 years ago. Several nice lenses. Upgraded my nice camera. I have spent many hours learning to use them all and now am really diving into Lightroom for photo editing. I have nature prints all over my house. I find artwork is challenging for me to purchase, so the photography on the walls makes me smile.
We've taken some great trips so I can practice my skills.

I finally went through all my clothes and took a lot of things to donate. I feel so much more organized and lighter and I'm happy that maybe someone can get some use out of them.

That is very cool - I would be super proud if I changed out my toilet - I’d really like to know how to do all those kind of fix it things around the house.
I’ve been doing a push-up challenge just to see how many I can do so far I can do 15 in a row and then like four sets of 10, which I think is pretty good they are traditional push-ups, not modified like I used to do.

Not recent but any time I fix something with the Internet or the TV on my own, I feel proud. ExH used to handle all of that stuff and it's empowering to know I can do it on my own.

I started going back to school to actually get my ECE degree. Normally I just take one class a term, but last term I took 2. Not a huge big deal, but I am a straight A student and my professor wrote me a very lovely note on my final project. I am really enjoying the classes (frankly for the first time in my life) and learning and implementing so much.

Some of these remind me about the time last school year I was dropping off my youngest when I noticed a truck behind. He was following me very closely and since I was about to turn into our Elementary school, I just sorta paid attention a bit more than normal and he was on his phone texting. He followed me on my turn and when I pulled up to drop off my child, he got out of his truck while his kids got out. He knocked on my window "you have a brake light out, I almost hit you". "Thanks for telling me." I did not mention he should maybe put down his phone because I was so caught off guard.
I had my daughter, who was riding with me, look up if there was a video online to replace a brake light. I called DH and told him and he said something like "nah, I will just bring it to the mechanic because it's a complicated deal". DD & I went straight to the auto parts store, found the bulbs, and went home. It was easy peasy. I now know how to replace all the lights on the back of our van. I even had her record me putting in the taillight for my One Second Video.
Recently? I have been going back and forth with our HOA Manager (who has changed at least 4 times in this time period) to have our swimming pool rules updated. They had a Board Vote in 2020 to add "no smoking", but they never updated the signs. We currently have 5 different sets of rules, some on display around the pool (the gate and inside) and another set online! I finally got her to put it to the Board again to vote and now all the signage has been agreed upon. She even sent it out to all Homeowners to sign and send back or have their pool cards revoked!

I have a near hoarding level house (not really, but I bet you all would be appalled) and every day I've been setting the timer for an hour and working on digging out from this mess. Some days my hour is up and I add another hour.
It is amazing how much I can get done in an hour. I'm terribly ADHD and a procrastinator and lazy so before that I'd spend the whole day thinking I need to start cleaning my house but never getting around to it because I kept coming up with things to do to avoid it. It was just too overwhelming. Now I know that I only have to work an hour and then I'm free to go to the pool or scrapbook or do something else fun.
It seems kind of dumb, I'm sure, but I've been battling ADHD my whole life and I've finally found a way to accomplish something and not feel bad about myself. I am very happy how this summer is going so far. Another month and a half of doing this (until school starts) and I think this place will be quite livable.

I am super proud of DH and me. Three years ago we bought a small assisted living facility. We knew it was kind of a "fixer upper" situation but had no idea ALL the things that needed to be fixed up. The building was well built and newer and in good repair but *so many* little things needed attention. From things inside the building like water heaters, internet, cable upgrades to bigger business issues like the previous owner's reputation within our community with providers etc, no marketing....SO.MANY.THINGS.
I'm good at loving on people so the resident part was easy peasy. I'm not good at marketing or filling rooms. But we've both put in hundreds and hundreds of hours learning and we've turned the ship around. We're almost at capacity. We just had a grand reopening to showcase all the work we've done to make our living space beautiful (new paint, flooring, lighting, furniture, landscaping) and it was a huge success. It was harder than we could have imagined and it has been far, far more rewarding than we could have imagined.

I had fallen into a bit of a slump where I wasn't getting any exercise at all--this from a former 365-day walker. I was feeling awful physically, out of touch with my body, and most importantly, very disempowered.
I'm not even sure how long ago, maybe two months or so, I made a commitment to start going to the gym. I go 4x a week, M-Th for about 30 minutes, alternating upper body and lower body, and abs all days. I've made small increases in the weights I'm lifting, but I have to be careful because of my back issues. My goal also was to combat the muscle wasting from Cushing's disease. I've kept to my commitment and I feel more focused and motivated and in touch with my body.

Have you seen Cas from Clutterbug on Youtube? She's super funny, supportive and struggles with ADHD as well. She's got very practical ideas. It does sound like you are well on your way to taming your house though. Good luck.

Congratulations to OP an all the others who have conquered the demons holding you back. It feels so good.
A number of years ago I thought "DH won't always be here, so I need to be able to do things." Just like OP, I changed out those toilet workings.
Sometimes I want something done and DH isn't moving fast enough on it. I start attempting to do the deed and DH hops on it.

I lost about 15 pounds since January. That is not an easy thing to do at the age of 58. Last week I tried on a pair of cropped jeans that have always been a tough fit for me and they fit perfectly. I did the 5-2 intermittent fasting and stepped up my Peloton workouts. To try to stay at this weight I continue to work out more and I’m fasting one day a week.

Loving these breakthroughs! 💪
I finally got a hold of a friend I did a paid reading for back in March. Their papal never came through. But every time I would talk to them afterward, it didn’t feel inviting to bring it up. And then a friend invited me to a numerology class on my mom’s birthday. I figured my mom and I could join together and I could buy it as her birthday present. My PayPal account was cleaned out, so to get the money for it, I messaged my friend. They got back to me right away. And they figured out they used an old card. So they paid went the new one and even though I didn’t have a set price on the reading, they sent me the exact amount I needed for the class (and 22 cents on my credit card because of the over the seas fee) I bought a ticket for the seat and it was an amazing class. And very divinely timed.

I'm cooking more. I don't like cooking anymore, because it's just another chore when I'm home from work. But I have to feed my family.
This year I planted seeds outside for things I've never grown before, just to see if they would germinate. I went into it in experiment mode, telling myself that it does not matter if they grow successfully, I am just trying things out.
