Do we think we will see a Crate Paper Halloween or Christmas/Winter line? It seems the only time CP has anything is for the holidays now.
Are they even still around? Did they dissolve with WRMK buying out the company American Crafts?

Note American Crafts has never been owned by We R Memory Keepers (which changed its name to We R Makers in 2023); rather, WRM is an AC brand (since its acquisition in Summer 2014). Last year, AC was bought by investment firm HIG Capital, which then sold AC to Nicole Crafts in February. It appears Nicole Crafts is still in the process of assessing its newly-acquired AC assets (including WRM, Crate Paper, etc.) & determining which products &/or brands it will continue to produce or delete from its roster.

Has anyone noticed ACOT is getting in really old American Crafts products? I think American Crafts is cleaning house.
I don't think there will be an American Crafts after this.

AC, which was headquartered in UT, was sold to NJ-based Nicole Crafts in February, so it's not surprising if the former AC warehouse in UT is being cleaned out & sold. While new ownership may decide not to produce Crate Paper or AC (&/or other brands under the AC umbrella) in the future, there would have been no point for Nicole Crafts to purchase AC assets from HIG Capital just to shutter the entire company! |

Just look under "new" (not the collections- the individual products underneath) and scroll through. They just put 2 cat American Crafts paper and I recognize the one from Joann. I think a card maker on here was looking for it recently. If you go to the 3rd page there are 3 more papers (I recognize one as Maggie Holmes) and 3 stamp sets. 4th page has 4 more which I recognize as very old releases. 5th page has a Vicki Boutin Color Study pad, 6th page has 3 old American crafts papers.
They are dribbling it out but it is definitely happening.
Peachy Cheap has been selling American Craft products, too.

Yes I have. They are also selling to Ross, Ollies, etc. people on YouTube keep saying it’s Joann’s stock but most likely it’s coming from AC. The stock has stuff from Park Lane, Recollections, Colorbok, etc. They are defiantly clearing house. |

Yes, people are finding three packs of more basic pads and singles for what I would consider nicer pads. I however haven’t found any in my area. I’m in Illinois. |
