2 KitchenAid mixers (5 qt tilt and 6 qt pro)
Coffee maker (and next to it is my French Press)
And while not appliances I have my Boos Block and on that my two Fiestaware crocks with cooking utensils.
My 2 mixers sit on a small space just big enough for both between my fridge and stove. The coffee maker and French press are on the very long counter of the kitchen. My Boos block is on the medium sized counter between my stove and sink.

Toaster Air fryer Breville Smart Oven
Our kitchen is u-shaped with the refrigerator at one end of the u, and all the appliances sit on the part of the counter that's "behind" the refrigerator. You can't really see them unless you're cooking in the kitchen, so it feels like a good balance between having the things we use all the time available for convenient use while still having the counters feel/look uncluttered.

Air fryer aka toaster oven Coffeemaker Electric kettle
Everything else is stored away in the kitchen or garage and brought out as needed. I have a small kitchen, not a lot of counter space.

I’d like to have none, but alas, a hideaway for small appliances is not in the cards. I have:
Small coffee maker Sodastream Air fryer

We hardly have any counter space so just the soda stream stays out since I use it almost daily.

On my counter top: Coffee maker electric kettle
ice maker breadmaker (not cuz I use it alot, but cuz it's too heavy for me to move around) On open shelves above the counter: toaster oven microwave My mixer is on a swing up shelf under the counter. I have a corner cubby with a pull down door in the back corner of my counter, and inside are the food processor, jar opener, and air fryer.

On kitchen counters: + Kitchen Aid mixer + toaster + air fryer toaster oven + food processor
The butler's pantry niche between the kitchen and dining room holds my coffeemaker, small coffee grinder, and electric kettle.
All my other appliances are in either my tall cabinet beside the fridge or in the pantry. I just bring those out whenever needed. They're so close it's still convenient to get them out for use, even those that are used often.

Zero.
I have a small kitchen and do not like appliances on my counters. Since I don’t drink coffee, there is no coffee maker. I do have a small white lamp, I love the look of a lamp on a kitchen counter.

Kettle. If I had room in my cupboards I'd out it away after each use.

Toaster, stand mixer, bread maker, electric kettle, hot chocolate maker, air fryer. If I put any of them in the cupboards they’d never see the light of day again. The kettle is used multiple times a day an I suppose it can be classed as a coffee maker too. DH makes 4 or 5 cups of instant coffee a day. I can’t bear the smell of coffee hanging around the house (migraine, nausea) but I can cope with that.

The air fryer is on top of the fridge, does that count?
Otherwise, coffee maker and toaster. I finally moved the mixer to the basement because we don’t use it often enough to keep it out in our small kitchen. If it was up to DH, we’d keep the blender out for his every other morning smoothie.

Toaster oven. Microwave (probably not what you meant, but ours isn't a wall/oven unit so it's on the counter.) Small coffee pot for dh. Small espresso machine for me.
That's it. I don't have a lot of appliances, and our kitchen is tiny. So my two Instant Pots and the air fryer have their own homes in a cupboard.

Just an electric kettle, and my Kitchen Aid stand mixer.
The microwave is mounted under cupboards. We use the oven for toast. I use a pour over cone for coffee, so only the kettle is needed. I have an Instant Pot but it’s never been taken out of the box and lives in it in my pantry shelf.

My kitchen isn't small but I don't have room to put all those away as much as I'd prefer it.
