Hi...I use the 13 x 13 Craft Keepers from Hobby Lobby, but I have yet to find a storage container that is the right size. I need something that is portable that I can take to crops.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Are these plastic envelopes? I did a search but didn't find anything except those plastic envelopes with the tie closure. If so, I use a tote bag that looks similar to this: Land's end tote I just put the whole tote on one of my Kallax/Expedit shelves.

Are you looking for the clear envelopes or a way to store them? If the latter, I have a couple of utilitarian options I use. Sterilite Large binI purchased these doe some workout gear in the garage for DH but used in a pinch and it works out well. Another thing I like about this is it doesn’t get too heavy. Don’t get me wrong, it’s heavy, but not as heavy as my others. If you want I can tell you how many of the 13 x 13 envelopes fit in it. Having handles is super helpful. This fits them better, roomy on the sides but not enough so that they shift. ETA: I just reread the OP and saw that you want to take them to crops and think this option is perfect for doing that. The handles, the size are perfect. The deep sweater box from the container store. Also didn’t purchase them for this purpose but put them to work in my craft room. They are a great box, the only big clear boxes we use throughout the house. However, the envelopes I use (scrapbook generations snap envelope) have to go in the slightest bit sideways and that’s annoying. I also have fabric bins in this shape and while they look nicer on the shelf I don’t highly recommend them. But the part I love about them is the slope on the sides. When they’re full but not too full it makes it so easy to flip through them, like we used to do with records. They lean back or forward just a touch so you don’t have to hold them back by force when looking. If you’re looking for clear plastic envelopes that size I highly recommend these by Generations. I use them for everything in my craft room. And I much prefer the snap closure to Velcro or string. Warning, they’re not being made anymore and Amazon is the only place I was able to source them. So if you want them, I’d get as many as you’d like now. Also note that there are 4 different colors in this pack, they’re not all clear. Clear and really deep jewel toned purple, blue, and green

I have a folding milk crate with wheels. Something like THIS from Staples It measures about 15" cubed and will hold four Iris cases, or a bunch of papers &/or albums.

I would like to add that while these Target bins do fit 12x12 paper, if they have a branding strip it only fits sideways. Also it will not fit any pouch or sleeve even sideways because pouches or sleeves tend to be a little wider than 12". If you store your paper without the lid then branded and pouches fit upright with plenty of room. Also note: the container flares out at the top so you will have room to flip through the paper without pulling it out. They fit 12x12 paper pads on their side perfectly so I am happy with them.
