I have a bag of candy that I’ve been rationing myself to 2 pieces a day to spread the enjoyment out. I’m at the bottom of the bag and there are 3 pieces left.  I’ve already made my decision but would you take just 1 piece and leave 2 for tomorrow? Take 2 pieces because that’s the system and leave one for tomorrow? Take all 3 pieces because what the heck, you don’t want to leave one piece on its own? |

Well you did better than I would have because my 1 always moves on to 2, then well just one more, etc,etc, etc. 😂
So my hopes and dreams (pick 😉) would be 1 and then 2…but I know myself and reality is it would be just eat the 3 and be done. Good luck with what you choose and more importantly just enjoy the candy. Hahaha

I would eat all 3 as a reward for doing such a great job using self control to ration my candy.
Another option you did not mention is to eat 2 then buy another bag of candy and eat 1 from that bag to continue your streak.

Knowing me, all 3. However, if it is yummy candy that I love, I am not sure I would have been able to restrain myself enough to ony eat the 2 a day. Kudos to you!!

I bought a bag of miniatures and put them in our CTE freezer. I do not have a key to the CTE room- I have to ask my principal. It’s a good thing I don’t have a key.

My principal had to go into the CTE room to get his hula hoe. I snuck in behind him and grabbed a handful of chocolate from the freezer. This is the freezer. My secretary brought the ice cream. My principal brought the bag on the left. I brought the bag on the right. The other teacher just eats ours but I don't think he knows it's there.  |

I wouldn’t eat 2 and leave 1 for tomorrow.
I might eat 1 and leave 2 or eat all 3 especially if I was going to the store the next day.

I agree with your decision to eat all three! My thought process is that you couldn't possibly leave one on its own, it would be lonely! So you'd either need to eat one today, and have the last two tomorrow, or eat all three today, as you did. I like the way tommygirl thinks - eat all three as a reward for the self control to ration the lollies. I really need to know, seeing that I am already so invested - what kind of lollies / candy was it? |

Marshmallows are an ingredient to make something better, LOL. 🤣 I can leave a whole bag of marshmallows in my pantry until they’re totally stale, and I frequently do. But now a bag of fun size Twix, KitKat or Milky Way chocolate bars wouldn’t last a week in my house (especially if the rest of my family found the bag). |

To me that’s not candy. Marshmallows are an ingredient to make something better, LOL. 🤣 I can leave a whole bag of marshmallows in my pantry until they’re totally stale, and I frequently do. But now a bag of fun size Twix, KitKat or Milky Way chocolate bars wouldn’t last a week in my house (especially if the rest of my family found the bag). I did wonder if I’d be pulled up for that. I rarely make things with marshmallows but I do eat them from the bag. |

I will say that homemade marshmallows though are an elevated experience over the grocery store kind, especially if they are rolled in toasted coconut, dipped in chocolate, caramel, etc. Ask me how I know, LOL. 😋 |

I CANNOT ration myself to one per day! Nope. Not happening. |

You have more self control than I do! I'd probably eat all 3, but then again, the bag would have been gone ages ago! ETA: Just saw what kind of "candy" it was. The bag would still be full and probably stale by now!  |
