So my boss who has like 80 hours of PTO came to work sick for an entire week. I was irritated that he wouldn't stay home and in the end he got 7 out of 10 of us in your building sick. I got it the worst and today marks day 7. I have spent over $200 on meds (inhalers mostly) took 2 1/2 days off from work (which I don't have PTO yet because I haven't been there long enough).
Boss person isn't a compassionate man so he doesn't get why we are all mad at him. I hate when people come to work sick....it's so inconsiderate!

That sucks. It really makes me mad when people come to work so sick like that. I hope you feel better soon.

Sorry you are still ill and that your boss passed it on to you all. Summer colds are the worse with the heat.

What the heck did he pass on to you??! That just sucks. I work for a corp, where I have a TON of PTO, but strongly discouraged in calling in sick. yea...it sucks.

Oh that sucks! I agree, sick people should stay home! I also hate when people send their sick kids to school. So inconsiderate. Sorry you're sick!

I also don't like that "push through it,don't be weak" attitude and the over the counter cold/flu meds advertising doesn't help.
I understand the feeling of needing to go to work, but having had to drop to part time recently due to chronic illness - the world doesn't end if you're not there for a day or so.

I also can't stand it when co-workers come to work sick. At least take a day and give the rest of us a break from your germs.

Ugh, I work with someone like that. She coughs so hard it sounds like she is going to vomit. She knows NOT to come into my office or I WILL hurt her!

BTW - no jury of Peas would convict you for hurting the boss...
