Also can be made on the stovetop. I've made it both ways and prefer using the ninja cooker. 6 boneless pork chops 2 tbs oil 1 tbs dijon mustard 3 tbs red wine vinegar 6 tbs brown sugar 2-3 tbs soy sauce (or worcestershire sauce) 2 tsp garlic powder (or 4-5 cloves, minced) 1 tsp salt (optional) 1 cup water Set the ninja cooker to oven 350 to preheat. (note-using stovetop high to brown seems to take too long and makes liquid build up in the cooker, making the chops not brown right). Add the oil and the chops and brown on all sides. While those are browning, mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Pour the mixture over the chops. Bring to a boil. Set the cooker to stovetop low and cover-simmer for about 1 hour. Remove chops to a plate. Turn the heat to stovetop medium and cook the sauce, uncovered, until it's slightly thickened. Pour the sauce over the chops and serve. adapted from this recipe.
