I am super excited, and my husband says he understands, but he doesn't! I just ordered the Saturday morning OA at
Bluemoon. Since they offer free shipping with a 50.00 purchase, of course some other items jumped in my cart. ACOT has it too, and they have Treasure Map up for preorder, but they are too expensive for shipping to the west coast. But I know a lot of you all can get a better deal there.
I can't wait for it to get here!!!

Currently eating my hat! Did not really think we'd ever see this collection. OA is mystifying.  (FWIW, I moved from west to east coast in August, and ACOT has identical [bad] shipping fees for me in both places! OTOH, same spectacular shipping turnaround/speeds.) |

I am a bad girl...I emailed my usual shop to inquire about Saturday Mornings. She didn't answer me within 24 hours...so I sort of, accidentally on purpose may have ordered the whole collection (except the Tin Pins which I already had from Santa sack #4) from ACOT. They were out of the journalling cards though, grrrr. I would have ordered from Bluemoon, but I noticed something very odd at ACOT. They were offering "Daily Flash volume 3 Alphabets"...three different ones to be precise... Early American and Red Wagon (the same ones they offered in their Christmas Kit, I believe) and Mason Jar (not the same as the original scripty mason jar, I don't think). They had no photos, but I ordered them sight unseen because I am pretty positive what they will be. I ordered 2 sets of Early American because, well WOODGRAIN! I found the wording Daily Flash volume 3 interesting...does this mean that we should expect more Daily Flash lines or is Saturday Mornings really more of a Daily Flash line? Or both? Honestly, the embellishments available and missing) from Saturday Mornings really make it look more like a Daily Flash line. Whatever it is, I don't care. I LOVE it and I need to take a pile of pics of my son wearing his retro batman shirts sitting in front of the TV watching the 1960's Batman TV show.

Hey impearia, how did you find the shipping to Australia from ACOT? Do they quote you before you pay? I have always thought of ordering from there but wasn't sure about the postage...I'm in Queensland.

hi beesy06... I'm in Victoria and the shipping isn't so cheap, but its okay for shipping from the states as long as you don't order anything too heavy. I never order punches or anything like that from them. They will actually give you realtime quotes on shipping WHILE you fill your cart which is one of the reasons I prefer to shop with them if I am doing orders from the US. I can take something out here or there and lower my shipping if it gets too high. I make orders from ACOT a few times a year if they have something I REALLY want. If you are making a large order...over $100...you can get a pretty good discount code of %20 off. i also find them to have excellent service, to ship quickly and pack everything well. So I do give them some business from time to time. OA is a terrible weakness for me...I just couldn't wait... |
