Any update? We're you able to reach customer service, make a successful cut or have you thrown your machine out the window by now. :-) I am in Western WA if you are local and need a Cameo user to give it a try. I'm sorry I haven't updated! I have been swamped at work, with a committee I'm on and my mom has had several drs appointments I have had to take her to so I haven't had time to play with my Cameo. To answer questions: I have heard *nothing* from Silhouette. They posted on Facebook Jan 15 about customer service issues and it seems there is a major lack of with many people saying they don't respond to calls. I live in Kentucky. My scrapping buddy bought a Silhouette at the same time I did and hers works but neither one of us are experienced enough to know if we're doing right or wrong! My DD also has an older model and has looked at mine but she has never had any problems with hers so can't do a whole lot of troubleshooting either. She didn't see anything obvious that I was doing wrong. I will try one more time then I'm returning it and ordering a new one. I bought through Amazon so it will be an easy return. It's just not worth wasting any more time or frustration. Now if I get a second one and it doesn't work....I'll cry!
