I am at my daughters for 3 more weeks with my ipad not my computer and so I can not save the class videos!!! I am so upset about losing them. Is there anyone who saved them who would send them to me after I am home? I have screen shots that show I did buy the class! I would never try to cheat Shimelle!
and maybe some GG videos if I say pretty please?
You would be my new bestest friend forever!

I wish I could . I can't save my own as I have an ipad. So I have been binge watching. I actually now realized I lost a class I bought from shimelle , from her website, the perfect collection- poof ,it's gone.

Since you bought The Perfect Collection from Shimelle, you should be able to get it back. Just send Shimelle an email. She always responds quickly and is very helpful.

I can access my classes at Shimelle's Forum. They are listed in my account. Maybe you could take a look there for The Perfect Collection if you bought it straight from Shimelle. Another thing I did, to make it easier, is I made a private playlist of my purchased Shimelle videos at Youtube. Shimelle explained how to in a post on her forum. That way you can access it easily, but it is not public. |

It was my mistake, as usual. user error. I could not find it when I went into the site as I was not correctly logged in. When I went back for the hundredth time I had the -- oh my moment.

I know this doesn't help but if I had purchased that class, I would totally do that for you. I always wanted that class but was waiting for the next coupon to buy it. Maybe you could email Shimelle and see what she says? Good luck!
