I have a gypsy but love it so much I want to buy a back up in case mine ever dies. Can you transfer linked carts to another gypsy? Will customer service do that?

I know you can't do it. I think if your gypsy is broken you can send them in and the company will remove them from one and put them on a "new" one that you have purchased.
Every time I use mine I give it a pep talk and tell it how much I love it so it sticks around!

Customer service will do that, but you may have to send them both gypsies, and they will wipe the broken gypsy clean, and put that serial number on the new one. You may have to relink all your cartridges. Unless, you link your gypsy to your CCR account. Then all the carts will load right back on when you update the new gypsy.
