I see many threads were saved to the History section of the board. Was it just patient copying & pasting? Or is there some easier way to copy and save an old thread. Now that I found some of the old Christmas ones I'd like to save them because it seems that every year we wind up linking them again for people who can use them.  |

I have added several threads to the history board. I have the ability to print to pdf on my pc, but it does have to be done page by page. Then I copy and paste to the history board. Then the formatting is all wonky, so it takes more time to edit it for readability. I have a lot more pages that I have pulled off TP that I will add as time allows. If you have links to the ones you want, I can snag them and add them later. We just need to pull anything we want to keep before July 10.

Thanks! I don't mind copying them and editing them, but I did want to be sure that it was a necessity before I spent a lot of time doing it. |

I think it was @mzindependant that had posted some instructions last week. I hope I spelled her name right. I sure miss the "save thread to my bookmarks" because I would have saved that thread.
I didn't spell her name right. Maybe it is @mizindependant?

BTW, you can save threads to your bookmarks here, too. Just click where it says "actions" and bookmarking it is one of the options. |

I was able to find her in the member list, so I didn't even really need to spell it correctly. Thanks. I copied & pasted the 2 threads I wanted to save, plus the umpteen links inside of those threads. Now that was a bit of a pain, but the threads weren't as helpful without them, so I figured I might as well do the job properly. Now I can fix the formatting at my leisure. |
