Watching them inspires me more than ANYTHING else I ever do! I told my bestie today that I love how Heidi has kept her enthusiasm for scrapbooking throughout all the years I've been following her work. She either deserves an Oscar for her ten year performance or she truly does love to scrapbook and memory keep. Of course I choose to believe she does!  Do you watch her videos? I just love every one of them! I stayed up til 3 am last night watching them and then I couldn't sleep for all the ideas in my head! Her very first video in Season 1 "Back to Back Book Binding" is my favorite crafty video of all time. Here's a link to them.... Heidi Swapp - Create to Remember. Be sure to watch the past seasons too since so far this season is just showing some new product but those are still fun. Season 13 shows her September Skies collection and I want all of it now after seeing what she made with it! |

There is nothing more motivating to me than upcoming business trips, or anything that KEEPS me from scrapping..... Yep, I'm being sarcastic... Honestly, Pinterest is my biggest motivator lately

My photos in boxes. I have two ladder shelves full of scrapbooks and still have 2000-2009 (July) to do. My first priority is always vacation photos. We take a good 7-12 day vacation every year (mostly tropical) and each on has a book. They are my favorite memories so I want them to have their own book. Currently I am eight pages into scrapping a trip we are taking in March. I should have a good 80% of it done before we go.

I get emails from My Craft Channel selling products all the time. So I never checked out their videos. I guess I thought they were pay per view since it's always trying to sell me stuff  |

I've only watched a couple of episodes on Heidi's blog. I just went back and watched the back to back book binding episode. I love it! So easy! I can't wait to try it. Thanks for sharing!

I really enjoy a lot of the videos...I check what's new every morning. I really like the Lori Alred Pinterest videos. There are a couple I avoid...the Cannon ones and the new ones about sharing. The Donna Downey ones were nothing that interested me. Heidi's are always good. I do order occasionally from mycraftchannel but not often. The head of the channel is on the new tv craft channel in some of the shows.

Are any of the chain craft stores carrying the planners for 2015?
Sometimes I feel like she should be a little less off-the-cuff. Her videos are obviously unscripted which can sometimes be a good thing but can also lead to way too many "this is awesome product" and "this is super cute"...I don't need to be told that. I can see that.
More meat and potatoes please. What is the binder made of? After 17 minutes, she still hasn't given me this basic info.

I totally feel the same way for Heidi. I like her products and her videos are great! I know she uses her products and its part of selling, but I don't feel like she's hawking them like I do with other designers.
I was just wondering....how many people do buy from my craft channel daily specials, etc. I don't...they seem expensive and not a deal even for all the bundling.
I know you said you don't buy at all.
Just wondering how big their customer base is to stay afloat. And who is buying??

I buy from them fairly often. Definitely not as often as other online stores. Heidi is one of my favorites but I do enjoy watching most of the others from time to time.
