I upgraded to the newest version of Silhouette software. When I go to the store and sign in it kicks me back to the sign in screen. (As if I have not put in any information). Is anyone else having this problem?

No. Mine is working fine. Try clearing the browser cache for IE (if you are windows). The Studio software uses IE (even if you don't).
I generally shop at the SDS from a Chrome browser. The store works SO much better with Chrome or Firefox. But when I start my software, I tell it to go get my purchased designs...

When you sign out of Studio, make sure to use the "quit" button (after saving your work) in the menu vs. just x-ing out your window to close the program. It prevents a lot of Studio errors. Also, don't leave Studio open for long periods of time. It tends to run in the background, on your computer and it makes your whole computer slow.
