I am on day 11. My best advice is have your food prepped! It will set you up to succeed. Chopped fruit and veggies, hard boiled eggs , etc I am not an adventurous eater so i had to search for recipes and make a plan so I didn't get bored The first 7 days were the hardest. I have had 2 birthday parties and with next week being the Super Bowl it's a lot of Willpower

The best part has been I am not bloated anymore . My midday headaches have gone away and I have slept better than I ever have. My husband says he can tell I have lost weight already but now I am more focused on the mental challenge of it and changing my food habits

I didn't, but two of my teammates did it in November. While they both felt like the results were decent, they weren't that fun to have lunch with every day. They went back to eating more like they had in the past with an attitude of eating better. I think they found it hard to do for a longer period of time. Good luck.
