The OP will still be out the money she had to pay to UPS - the possibility of someone reversing credit card charges is the very reason they won't take anything but personal checks or cash for those fees. That is true Elaine - I also thought it was because the UPS driver doesn't have a way to process a credit card. They can't accept cash either. We purchased through our Credit Union Credit Card and I've already contacted them to ask about the process if we have to return them. They put me in touch with the Credit Manager and she is going to look into it for me - asked that I call her back once we decide what we want to do with the purchase.
I am sorry! Planning a wedding is hard enough as it is - this is the last thing you need to worry about.
