Yes, it was 3.99 so that brought my total to 13.98 I found the same packages selling on most sites for 4.00 so for 6 of them I think it was a pretty good deal, and I am rural so I factor in the amount of gas it cost me to go to town to purchase scrap items (plus I have only HL, M and J to purchase from and mine never have a thing).

Oh, yea, then if that is the case I agree because they would be combining the items and shipping should be less. I thought if you had to by separately maybe due to how they process the orders 7.99 would make sense.

I love Peachy Cheap. And yes, they do charge you 2x or 3x shipping if you buy 2 or 3 sets of whatever they are offering.  I think the shipping for one set is usually a good deal (can get shipping to Canada for 4.99 which is reasonable!) but for more than one set it is too expensive for me. |

I have ordered from them quite a few times as well. shipping is good but I too wish you could get a better combined shipping rate. I only ever order one item though.

A vast amount of my dots have come from them. They're close, in Utah, but they take a while to ship out/get to me. Had good service though. I had a packet duplicated once, but didn't bother reporting it. I ended up with the better deal because it had less pink in it. I'm not a fan of the Basic Grey dots, but I hope you enjoy them. They have dot deals often, so keep an eye out. This is the fifth this year I think.
ETA: just so you know, they don't combine shipping. If you order three sets of something, you pay three times the shipping. It's rude, but I actually think that's where they make their money back, if they lose any at all selling something they get at a 50% discount for a 40% discount, kwim?
