Just me and one kidlet tonight.
I am not sure.
It's fill your froyo cup to overflowing tonight, so I promised I would take him.
I just had a huge salad, so I might eat a bit of popcorn, froyo and call it good.
And grab a frozen dinner or something quick for the child.

Elk burgers with brie, pear and caramelized onions. Definitely not something you'd find on the menu over here in the UK. What does Elk taste like (okay apart from the obvious)? Loving the sound of the side dish though. I actually cooked tonight - the risotto I was going to cook last night. Chicken with lemon, peas and rocket served with asparagus on the side. And a glass of wine. |

So happy to see Kathy here and this thread. I love the daily dinner posts, they inspire me with great ideas for our dinners!
Tonight we are headed to a friends house for dinner. She is an AMAZING cook, so no doubt it will be GREAT! I made a chocolate caramel slice (bar) for dessert.
