I put it on my face and lips at night. I rub it into my hands. I use it as an oil treatment for my hair. A couple weeks ago I started using it for oil pulling. My teeth are definitely whiter. My gums are not as sensitive either. I've been using it for years and love it.

I have many recipes that call for it - both sweet & savory.

I keep 2 containers - one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom. In the kitchen, I use it to roast sweet potatos and other veggies. Use it as a subsitute for oil in recipes - muffins, baked goods etc. Personal use - for dry patches of skin, razor burn. I use it for my toddler since she was an infant, also as a leave in conditioner for her hair. I cannot use it as a face moisturizer for myself - it makes me break out. I have done oil pulling and it worked great, I just need to get back in the habit.

Oh its also great in the kitchen for making hard magic shell chocolate for ice cream. Melt chocolate chips, add a little melted coconut oil. It will firm up instantly on ice cream - so much healthier than the crap in the store.

LOL - Good thread. I've got a tub in my pantry that has sat there for at least 2 months and I don't know what to do with it either. Isn't olive oil still healthier for cooking?

I use it for making popcorn and also when I make rice in the rice cooker I add some and then lemon pepper - yum. I tried it on my face and I didn't like it. Sometimes I use it for baking also.

Like josie, I have 1 in the kitchen and 1 in the bath. You know who loves their daily ration of coconut oil? DOGS.
