So I recently received some Project Life cards as a gift, and do not plan on getting the PL pocket scrapbooking train. I like my 12 x 12 double page layouts. Really don't need to invest in another style so I am looking around the interwebs to see if there are any good blogs or such that have some great ideas! TIA!

I do PL style layouts. Everything that's stuck on a normal 12 *12 card stock in a normal page protector. It takes away the stress of figuring out the back side.
So I use any normal PL blog or pinterest for inspiration.

I use them for layering. I picked up a few for about $1 per package.
I tuck the edge under a photo and layer a few elements on top. Or, I use in a grid fashion.

Shimelle had a couple videos from 2peas on this.
I don't do PL either but I love the cards. I use them for layering as well, tucked at the corner of the photo or just to add some extra patterns on the page.

I do not pocket scrap, but incorporate the cards into traditional layouts. They are a flat embellishment option for me & used for journaling, a basis for layering, in grids (using divided page protector configurations as templates), to add a themed image, etc. HTH

I haven't found a site that has a lot of inspiration but here are a few layouts that I've found here and there. Fall Days layoutlinklink

I do lots of color blocking layouts and the cards work perfectly. But I just use them the same way I would use a journalling block or title block.

You can treat them as scrap too - punch/diecut shapes from them, cut them into strips, fussy cut around images on them and use those as embellishments...

Check Shimelle Laine's Youtube for the Glitter Girl videos. She has several good ones using the PL cards.

Thanks ladies for the inspiration. Just needed a few ideas to kick start my imagination! I have a few layouts to plan this weekend (after getting taxes ready to go) but now I have a starting point!

There a few youtubers that incorporate both. One I recently watched was Grace Toleman
