Looking for suggestions on where to stay in Biloxi. My adult daughter and I have a trip planned in April to attend a concert at the Beau River Resort. Unfortunately staying here is a little out of the budget. We are looking for nice accommodations within the $100-$125 price range. Would love something near the Beau River Resort and the beach. Breakfast included would be a plus, of course. Also, if there are any suggestions on what to do and where to eat. We will be staying for two nights. We are not into the nightlife but like most anything else. Shopping, beach, etc.
I can't wait to read what y'all recommend.

The Beau Rivage was going to be my suggestion before I opened the thread. The Hard Rock is next door, but I doubt it is any cheaper. You should look at Four Points by Sheraton also.
Anything on the beach in Biloxi is within 10-15 minutes. You could look at D'Iberville also - that area is growing quickly and has some newer business-class hotels.

Thank you so much for the suggestions JustCallMeMommy. I see where Trip Advisor recommends The Marriot Courtyard in D'Iberville and is fairly reasonable. Do you have an opinion on that hotel? Is it indoor corridors? How far from Beau Rivage is it? Is there anything near that particular Marriott to do? Is it close to the beach? Thank you again for taking time out to answer my questions.

It has been a while but I stayed at a nice Bed & Breakfast that was across the street from the beach and just down the road from the casinos. I can't remember the name but I will google and see if I can find it. I have no idea what the price will be.

It looks like that Marriott is right off of I-10 - there is shopping (Target and the like), a movie theater, and restaurants around it. That area is very "chain" heavy - Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Outback, etc. It would be fairly new - that whole area has been developed since Katrina.
It would take about 10 minutes to get to the beach/Beau Rivage. It is directly north with I-110 being the connecting highway, so it is a straight and easy route.
ETA: The Hampton in Biloxi is only a few minutes down the beach from the casino. I don't know anything about the hotel itself, but the location looks convenient.

The Father Ryan House - This link has a lot of picturesIf I remember correctly, I believe they had a number of rooms inside the main house and I think some rooms were in an addition in the back. It has been a long time since I stayed there but I enjoyed it and would go back. ***ETA If you look at the Outside pictures on the 2nd link, you will see the water right across the street and you will also see the addition that I was talking about.

Hate to say this, but the Father Ryan House was lost in Katrina. If you look at the last updates on their website, they are from 2005. That was the case with many of the beachfront B&B's. Even houses that were not destroyed took a really long time to remodel and refurnish, and the tourism industry didn't pick back up immediately.

The Hampton is at 1138 Beach Blvd. Beach Blvd is the main road the runs along the beach. Most of the hotels are across the blvd from the beach. I can't remember which direction from the Beau Rivage -- east or west -- but it's a very short drive.

Thanks for the address scraphop, and thank you to everyone who has contributed to this thread. These were some great suggestions. So sad about The Ryan House though. No wonder I couldn't get it to pull up on Trip Advisor.
