Heidi Swapp Joann collection of Wanderlust Memorydex tray??

The only thing that bugs me about HS and ACrafts is that sometimes they nondisclose unavailable items...it has happened several times.
The only reason HS disclosed the unavailability of her new 2 planners (black/white and pastel) was the fact that tons of folks had signed up for her Studio Calico Jan class and they needed them. Disclosing the dock worker strike affecting shipping of the planners needed was unavoidable.
However, it happens at others times too and no word.
I purchased $60 worth of all the cards/memorydex punch at Joanns and not one Joann's has the memory tray! I've emailed AC, HS, her FB, IG, etc....just wanting a word of their whereabouts and nothing. None of the stuff is any good without the tray. They other memorydex stuff made it through the dock shipping holdup...what's up with the tray???
Anyone see the tray??? Am I missing something here or is the Joann manager's computer wrong??
Communication makes everything better....but there is not much from HS or AC unless it is unavoidable with tons of folks affected and their rep on the line.
I assume she's too busy now recruiting koolaid klan to balance themselves by selling oil. It's so funny/ironic to me....even if the oils really do work, the irony of snake oil salesman just makes me laugh....you really are selling oil. ha ha ha ha I can't bring myself to be duped by oil saleswomen....even if I was going to be cured of all that ails me. It all just makes me kinda giggle.
