My vent for today is that I forgot my vent for today!! I had one and by the time I sat down to post it, it ran right out of my head.
I really need to start writing things down . . .

My vent I can remember. I love the snow I really do. This is the very first snow we have gotten all winter but really did we have to get 11" of the stuff on the day my new cabinets were supposed to come in. The are supposed to be installed Saturday and now they are not even coming tomorrow.

My vent is weather related... It is beautiful outside, and continued to last throughout the weekend. We are in the PNW and this is rare for February. We made plans to go the beach this weekend and play around with time lapse photography of the sun setting. I ordered the part I need for time lapse and just found out it might not make it in time  . Amazon prime showed delivery for tomorrow, but I just got an email that due to the bad weather in Kentucky, it is stuck, and might not make it. They could not give any more info than that, so maybe it will before we leave, but I am not getting my hopes up. Frustrated because lately I have been choosing the delayed shipping for my packages to get the MP3 credits for free music. The one time I need it in two days, it is delayed beyond anyone's control. |

My vent is that winter comes too early and sticks around too long. I'm really tired of this cold. I've told DH he needs to think about that job offer in GA.

It's good that your vent was forgettable! I hate when you get upset about something and that's all you think about for hours. I have imaginary conversations in my head with whomever I am upset with, and the whole thing just goes 'round and 'round.
Now, the weather is something else. No one to blame, but it's still been too cold for too long and I'm sick of winter, too!

We bought these cabinets in June of last year!! He had his accident at the end of June so we have been waiting this long for the doctor to clear him to do this kind of work. You would think having him live w/you would be better, but it isn't! Mine will end up finishing up the job. I want one of those cute screen doors on my pantry. The size we need isn't stock, so it has to be made. No sense paying someone who charges $300 a day to make it when it's a relatively easy project and my husband can do it for free. Since it's not something we need to make the kitchen run, I'm guessing my freshman will be out of high school before I see it. <sigh> Sorry to hear about your husband's accident. Glad he's on the mend. Now if he would just hurry up, lol.  |

My vent: there is metal sticking out of one of my tires. That's not good.
On the plus side, it is another snow day, so I don't have to worry about getting to work.
