Curious to hear how this works for people. Is it only a coupon app or is it also tied to a credit card ?

It's an app that allows you to add different offers to your cartwheel. Examples: 15% off women's shoes, 5%off Heinz Ketchup etc. you add what you want and then have the cashier scan the barcode on your phone at checkout. You can also scan items throughout the store on your phone to see if there is an offer for it. You can use cartwheel with a Target coupon and a manufacturers coupon.

No credit card needed. In fact, if you don't have a smartphone you can print out your barcode and bring it into the store. I have saved over $100 in a few months. There is always a cartwheel for milk and Target has the cheapest price on the island at $5.49 so that can add up!
