i prefer using Pictprint rather than the Canon software to print from phone (samsung-andriod) to my Selphy. I have done this before, it was easy I set it up, bang printing photos. Now I go to do the same thing and....pictprint can't find my Selphy. Grrrrrr...I used Direct connection, the phone SAYS it is connected to my Selphy in wi-fi settings. I go through the trouble of downloading the Canon App just to see...it can't seem to find my Selphy either. This is a 910 I got it for Christmas, so it isn't old. How can I fix this aside from sending pics to my PC, sigh.
