In case you missed it they have discontinued their magazine. The blog and facebook pages remain and I guess existing subscriptions get added to the digital Cloth, Paper and Scissors. You can read it here
Sad to see it go, but seems like everything is going the way of the electronic medium.

Sad.
It makes me wonder how Stampington & co seem to do so well but so many others are just unable to keep up.

your link (and the link to that page from their HOME page, as well...) seems to have been taken over by a shopping site for dresses-- how odd!!!

I was cleaning up the other day and stumbled across some old idea magazines (Elsie Flanagan, Becky Fleck PageMaps, Ali Edward's Designer Eye, and the efferdares). Just thumbing thru those old issues brought back lots of happy memories when we would discuss each magazine issue page by page when it arrived in our mailboxes. That was long before the CK HOF fiasco, when you could pick and choose from PaperKutz, Memory Makers, Simple Scrapbooks, and CK. Looking back, there were just too many to survive the thinning of the herd, but seeing the next to last now fold, is sad. ((sigh))

When they went to the digital only format, I didn't expect them to last too long. Always thought it was ironic that a magazine devoted to paper crafts (no pun intended!) was only available digitally.

I miss all the scrapbook magazines. I remember how excited I'd be to get my CK magazine in the mail. I'd put it aside until the kids were in bed and then take my time looking through it. There's always Pinterest, but somehow it's not the same.

I thought they had already discontinued. It was the last sb related magazine that I subscribed to, but quit the subscription about 3 years ago.

Absolutely! I didn't mind the digital issues but I think there's something special about a physical magazine. I think it certainly affected people's desire to be published. Just not the same!

I was at Barnes & Noble the other day and was so sad. I remember standing at the mag rack browsing through so many scrap mags. Now there are just a couple scrap mags, if you don't include the Stampington editions. It makes me reluctant to toss the small stack of actual scrap mags I have.

What a bummer!!! I hate reading digital magazines. I am hoarding a few of the old school scrapbook magazines here for inspiration.

It has been too bad. I got rid of some stacks of ancient Creating Keepsakes several years ago, and purged another round of old mags recently. It was harder to do the recent purge because they obviously will not be replaced. At one point, I subbed to CK, Simple Scrapbooks, and Scrapbooks, etc., and would pick up issues of other paper craft magazines (including this one) on the stand. Now, obviously, there is pretty much nothing. My sewing magazines (Sew Beautiful, Creative Needle) folded too. Truth be told, it makes me leery of subbing to anything, which makes the problem worse.
Sigh. Less clutter, at least? Looking for a bright spot.

I have some of my magazines saved and still enjoy leafing through every now and thrn.

I got my Canadian Scrapbooker in the mail this past week. It has 4 thick issues a year. Gets some funding from the Canadian Government, so I'm hoping it sticks around for awhile.
