Let's take a stroll in my scrap book craft area.... That would be my craft room before we moved. Purging that room was cathartic. I saved a few things so I need to purge again. Oh, and my KA meat grinder. I was going to grind my own ground beef. I did..................once.

I figured that I could turn a new leaf and start exercising ... didn't happen (luckily, I still lost the weight) ... dh and dd#2 have used it but I've realized that I never will About 10 years ago I decided I wanted one. DH bought me one for Christmas. It stayed in the entryway for a few months because it was so big and heavy. DH and DS couldn't get it high enough to clear the stair railing. We ended up hiring 3 football players from the local high school to get it upstairs. I use it 3-4 times a week ~ it's so easy to watch TV shows that DH has no interest in. I couldn't get on it and walk without the TV in there to watch.

An astronomical telescope. We live where there is hardly any light pollution and can see huge expanses of star filled night sky when there is no cloud. I love it and often go out just to look and I kept saying how much I would like a telescope. DH bought me one one Christmas. I was meaning the sort of telescope of the size a pirate would use, that I could just whip out and look through. I didn't know astronomical telescopes weren't like that. This thing is huge. It's bigger than me and nearly as heavy. By the time it's set up, the earth has turned so whatever I was trying to see has moved. DH has set it up once. DS has set it up a couple of times and it has since been consigned to the garage, gathering dust. It's such a shame because when we saw the moon through it it was wonderful.

The cricut machine. I had visions of making all kinds of interesting things and cutting all my page titles effortlessly. I researched them for years and finally broke down and bought one on sale 2 yrs ago. But, I can't get the hang of it and don't enjoy the learning curve. My kids have used it a few times, but I finally have to admit I'm a letter sticker gal. I have plenty of kitchen appliances that I didn't buy that others gifted me saying I couldn't live without them. I almost never use them and need to get rid of them, but how to do so w/o hurting relatives feelings? I'm talking KA mixer, toaster, bread machine, deep fryer, juicer, elec griddle, geo foreman grill, and elec cooker. What I want is a vitamix. Maybe if I could sell all the things I never use, I could afford a vitamix. Hmm If you sell the Cricut and the kitchen machines, I would say you could definitely afford the Vitamix.

The thing that makes me the maddest at myself is the Wishblade. I saved and saved. Finally got it and it was SO HARD TO USE. I used it about 5 times and gave up. Dang it all it looked so easy to use, not! Still makes me want to yell. ... AUGHhhhhhhhhhh!!!

book binding tool. I was going to turn vintage books into journals. I bought it 6 years ago and it's sat in my closet since.

I would say scrapbook supplies. Except I do scrap all the time, but I have so many supplies I will never use them all - things I had to have and just never use them.

book binding tool. I was going to turn vintage books into journals. I bought it 6 years ago and it's sat in my closet since. I vaguely remember hearing about a book binding tool, thinking I would want one for myself! I never bought one, but I did buy (and never use!) a sewing machine. I bought a cricut, too, and used it about 10 times. I had a bread machine that I bought with a gift card. Used it 10 times max. It would take 2 hours to bake a loaf of bread which we would promptly devour in about 30 minutes. I bought a quesadilla maker, too. Stupid. My friend showed me how ridiculously easy it is to make quesadillas in a nonstick pan.

The one annoying thing that comes to mind is the scrapbooking tool I bought to adhere and flatten metal rims around a circle tag. When I finally decided to open it and use it, I realized it was the same exact tool I bought for my Quick Cutz dies many years before.

My kitchen aid stand mixer. I so needed one. Really wanted one. I forgot that I don't bake. My fil wants it. I think I'll pass it on now because I didn't even pull it out for the baking I did for Christmas. Jennifer See, I want one just for looks. I DO NOT BAKE! But, I keep telling myself that good decor is expensive!

I want a Kitchen Aid Mixer so badly and I DO bake! It would be used all the time but if I bake even more I would have to buy more and more unusual, never to be used again, baking pans. Which would take up space and gather dust. Because I was baking more, I would be eating more and getting even fatter than I already am so I would have to buy more home gym equipment. Notice the word more, the rowing machine is in the garage, the hoop and skipping rope in the closet all gathering dust. This new gym equipment would also be consigned to the garage to gather dust so that's why I won't be buying a Kitchen Aid.

A very pricey Bowflex Tread Climber that I nearly had to sell a kidney to afford and never used. It was very loud, uncomfortable to use, and I never quite mastered the up and down treadmill action. UGH. Had it 5 years, maybe used it a total of 5 times, and then sold it at a 75% loss over what I paid for it just to get rid of it!

I can't think of any kitchen gadgets that I don't use, but there are plenty of things in other areas of the house, particularly my scrapbooking stuff. Or clothes....don't get me started on that!

They will have to pry mine out of my cold dead hands - lol! I use it every day.
I have a lot of stuff that I used for a long time, but then as the kids got older and flew the nest, it just sits unused - shaped cake pans, cookie cutters, etc. I did get rid of those aluminum tubes that you bake bread in and slice it so it shaped like hearts, etc (Pampered Chef). That stuff was fun when the kids were little and at home - but now, not so much.
I got rid of my Cricut. I had such high hopes for it, but was not impressed by the lack of creativity with it. I sold it and bought a Silhouette - I use that daily!
I can help you get going, or at least show you some Facebook groups that will help you get going with the basics and see fun projects that make you want to use it! Silhouette for beginners is a good one to start off with. Closed group,so you posts don't show up in your feed, but they admit you to it quickly.

Bread maker. DH thought it would be be great, so we bought one from Home Shopping and I started baking. Six months later, I realized that I was the only one eating the wonderful homemade bread, and the pounds were piling on. It's still in storage and I should get rid of it.
Nordic Track machine...to help lose the bread weight. Hated it, used it for a while, then gave it to my sis who is probably using it for a clothes rack.
Expensive treadmill. I do still use it occasionally. I walk early in the am, and go over to our shop to walk. The treadmill would be good to use, but it would wake Dh up as it is in the room next to our bedroom, and 4:30 am is way too early for him to get up.
An assortment of lower end scrapbook stuff like circle cutters, colluzzles, and supplies, many of which I rediscovered after cleaning out my scrap area. I'd use it if I would scrap more..... I am trying to get back into the hobby.

Oh lord. So, so many things: The thigh machine thing on rails that you stand on and roll out. Thigh magic, maybe. Yeah, way too uncoordinated for that.
Sewing machine
DSLR, still carry my small pocket size digital camera.
Just to name a few.

Cookie Projector- I used to make cut out decorated cookies every week. I no longer make them. The projector collects dust in the basement.
Electric Frying Pan- Had to have it. Forgot I even owned one until just now. lol
Embroidery Machine- used it daily for first two weeks, never since. I would have to google how to use it.
Serger- Used once
Hayworth Lennox China set of 12 with all the serving pieces- Got it for our wedding 26 yrs ago and used less than 5 times
Hot Tub- Again, thought it was the best money spent. Used it daily for first few months, then only a few times a year after that. Sold it.

Geez Louise so many that have already been mentioned but the one that other people seemed to REALLY use and enjoy...an iPod 8-9 years ago. DH had one. All of my kids had one. Everybody on 2Ps had one. I really, really *needed* it. So DH bought me one for Christmas and I have never.opened.the.package. I feel guilty every time I see it in the depths of my desk drawer. Maybe someday I'll be able to sell it as a piece of pop culture or something?! lol

Way back when I first joined Two Peas, the famous scrap bookers had just begun to sew on their layouts. (Rebecca Sower had just released a book full of amazing layouts and she sewed on just about every one of them).
All the peas were buying the same tiny sewing machine to sew on their layouts. The tiny sewing machine came in a variety of colors. All the peas enthusiastically posted which color they had ordered on a thread that eventually ran about 15 pages. Of course, being the sheep that I am when it comes to the latest craze, I ordered a pink one, even though the only time I had ever used a sewing machine was when I made an apron in 7th grade home ec, which was a total disaster.
When my tiny sewing machine arrived, I rushed to my computer to report on Two Peas that I had received my tiny pink sewing machine. I then put it on my closet shelf where it sat for the next five years until we moved and I donated it to our local thrift store.

The one really great thing about Silhouettes - they all use the SAME software. You may need to update your software to the most current version - v3.3.451. If you haven't installed the software at all - just get the full software download from their site. It is free (the basic edtion). No matter what machine you have - even the very old Craft Robo ones - it still uses the same software. You can even use the new style blades in your older machines. I like that they don't make a machine obsolete when a newer one comes out. Silhouette Studio Software Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page for the full software downloaded. You will want Silhouette Studio Basic Edition.

Here are a couple other FB groups that are closed - but answer your membership request pretty fast. Silhouette Cameo CreationsSilhouette Crazy CraftyA great blog that has a lot of Print & Cut projects and tutorials is Under A Cherry Tree. I am not sure what machine you have - but even if you have the older Silhouette SD - it will do print & cut. If you do have the SD - make sure you let people know that if you are asking questions - sometimes it makes a difference -especially on Print * Cut, because you use a different set of registraion marks. But it still works.

auntkelly , the tiny sewing machine looked adorable on your old shelf! (Not that I saw it...but many of my scrap purchases have become props, I can relate.) perumbula, I have the same cake pan disease. And I rarely make cake! As soon as I toss one, another seduces me. I've got the giant cupcake, gingerbread house and a flat ice cream sandwich pan now. Have I made any? Nope.
