So, I have been climbing stairs 3 times daily during the week with my boss. In the morning, right before lunch, and around 2-ish (you know that "drop in productivity right before you go home" time of the day).
It's been great. She's up to 36 flights of stairs daily and I'm up 27 flights of stairs daily (she gets to work before I do, so she sneaks one in!!).
It's hard but it really does improve my focus during the day. I don't know how we'll manage when it starts getting hot though. (UGH)
What form of exercise do you squeeze in during your day?

Our store front is1000 sq ft. I work usually 5 hours. (Thursday 5, Sat 7 and Sun 4 plus an hour of ot). I am moving all the time. I just don't sit still. I wore my Fitbit to work and I got 5 miles in that day. There are no stairs. I figure the amount of walking I do is sufficient then come home and pass out. I don't get 10,000 steps in a day anymore. I changed my goal to 8000 and I always reach it. On my days off I go to the gym. Right now my knee is bothering me a lot so I am going to ice it after breakfast. I wore flatter shoes a couple of days ago and my feet are now used to something with a bit of a heel. My feet fall into the stupid category and I hate buying shoes. Clothes good, exercise shoes good. Pretty shoes baaaad.

A group of us try to walk the trail behind our building 2-3 times a day. It's a 12 minute walk so we do a bigger loop during lunch.

In the UK lots of people exercise during lunchtimes by doing things like running and walking and will use the stairs during the day rather than the lifts. A lot of office buildings now have lockers and showers and most have fully equipped gyms or mini gyms for use during the day. Many people also cycle to work, some quite long distances and along busy main roads!

I walk to the other side of our campus a few times a day. I will deliver items or chat to someone personally rather than pop them in the internal mail or email. I also park off campus to get a bit of a walk in. I could park like 100 yards from my office but I don't.

I run six miles on my lunch hour as many days during the week as I can (usually four). Bonus is that it makes me bring my lunch instead of going out to get something. Saves money and is healthier, in general!

I work in a school and don't get a lunch break. But I do walk up and down the halls every day. We have no elevators in our four story building so I get in lots of stairs. I can get 8500 steps a day just doing my normal routine.

I have a standing desk, so I do some yoga throughout the day as I move between sitting and standing. I work at home, so no one can see me doing sun salutations between emails. Sometimes I'll go for a walk during the day - especially during winter when the only hours of light are during work hours.
I'm trying to get into the habit of going to the gym in the mornings, but I still like being able to sneak in some exercise during the days for focus and energy.

Saves money and is healthier, in general! How do you have time to do that and change clothes, shower and fix your face/hair, and eat? I'd need a two-hour lunch for all that! For real! I sweat like a beast. I'm not working right now so I exercise whenever I feel like it, but when I was working, there was barely enough time to find fifteen minutes to wolf down a meal and try to pee without being chased down to do something. I don't really miss hospital nursing. Fitting in anything like exercise was never possible, but I was always up and down all the time.

We have a 2:30 mini break. We are a team of 8 with our own area so we do a 1 minute wall sit, 1 minute plank, 1 minute of crunches, 15 push-ups and 20 squats. We can do it in our work clothes and don't get too sweaty. We adjust the times as we improve. We also don't use the elevator (think Tower of Terror scary) and we have three flights of stairs to get to the main building.

One of the perks of working from home is that I can get in a 1.7 mile walk almost every day with Tucker (takes less than half an hour, and includes the equivalent of 22 flights of stairs, according to my Fitbit), and nobody has to suffer through Sweaty-Me when I'm done. If I worked in an office, there's no way I could exercise during the day because I'd just be too gross afterward to go back to my desk.

I'm fortunate to have a full workout room in the building where my office is, so I use that Monday through Friday. I'm also very lucky to have a boss that encourages me using it, so I not only get time for lunch, but then time to workout.

I use my breaks to walk during the day and I also have a sit and stand desk so I stand at least an hour a day. I figure that every little bit helps!

My lunch hour is an hour. I am salaried, though, and work a lot outside of the regular 40-hour work week. Also, the Texas Lege allows state employees an extra 30 minutes three times a week for physical fitness. It can not be tacked on to the beginning or the end of the work day; it must be used during the day. I do not shower after I run. I wipe down with baby wipes, fix my hair (it is very short) and go. I do not wear make-up. If I have an important meeting in the afternoon, I do not run. I can run six miles in a little less than hour. I work on a college campus, so I run outside.

At morning and afternoon smoke breaks, I go into the warehouse and walk back and forth down all the aisles and back 2x. It takes about 8 minutes. I try to do it during my lunch too. It's way too cold to go outside right now. As the weather gets better, I'm going to do it outside.

When we don't have a billion inches of snow on the ground, my team and I take a 20 minute walk late morning then another in the afternoon. I find it helps with mood and productivity.

I am a lunch lady, and get a lot of steps in during the day, I am on my feet for at least 4 hours of my 6 hour day. Also unload groceries, lift cases of canned fruit/veg on an almost daily basis, and regularly unload/load cases of milk to clean the milk coolers, usually a couple of times a week. You'd think that 15 years of this would make me slim, but I guess my body has adjusted to the workload after all this time. I get up and walk for 45 minutes before work, and have recently joined a group of co-workers twice a week after work to exercise to an assortment of workout dvds, then usually walk for an additional 20 minutes on the track.
I am pretty strong, but it's always a struggle for me to lose weight and keep it off, and as I get older (63), it's getting harder, but I keep trying!

A lot of workplaces in Norway are offering time off to excersise if you excersise for the same amount of time during your own time. So if you go to the gym for one hour at night, you will get one hour off to excersise during your working hours that week. A lot of workplaces are recognizing the importance of staying healthy and excersising and are actively encouraging it. Especially if it's an office job. I suppose they will see the benefits of this after a few years if people can work for more years because they are staying in shape.
My former workplace is an office, and they recently installed some light excersise equipment in an unused room that the employees are free to use at any time. There is also a shower installed in the next room. And the employees are very conscious of taking the four flights of stairs instead of the elevator up to the office.
Personally, I walk everywhere. I don't have a car, but I live pretty close to town. On an average day I will walk for about an hour just getting from place to place.

I do a spin class twice a week. My company is sponsoring this class, so I don't feel bad about taking the almost 2 hour lunch to attend.

I try to do a 30 minute run in the morning before everyone is awake and then I do either a 45 minute walk at lunch or in the evening.

I'm within a couple of blocks of a mall so I head over there during my lunch and just walk. I can typically get in 5,000 during the hour.

I eat lunch at my desk and run on the treadmill or outside when its nice or I ride my bike. I typically do 10 miles on the bike or a 3 mile run during that time.

we just started a walking club at work. it counts toward condition management for those that require it. Currently we walk the concourse at the arena next to our casino. Once the weather warms up we'll walk to the pedestrian bridge that crosses the Missouri River from our other casino. We only have Mon/Wed scheduled now, but I volunteered to be there Tue/Thu also for those that can't do M/W. It's from 5:30-6:00p.

I started a Weekday Fitbit Challenge with some friends. I walk around our building (one great big hill that counts for 3 flights of stairs) at both my 15 minute breaks. Then I take the dog for a quick walk right after work (so looking forward to Daylight savings time this weekend so I can walk longer!!). I get at least 10,000 steps a day most days 11,000 - 13,000. I find that I feel so much better at work by walking. On Thursdays someone made a reoccurring meeting at 10:00 (break time). It really pisses me off because in theory I could take an early or late break, but it never happens.
