Totally bummed. Went to Michaels because they had the planner 40% off in their ad. The one in my town doesn't have it yet. I have been stalking them online, but no one there has it yet. I thought I would get a deal and no shipping charges. The manager said alot of times something is in the ad and they don't get it because it is too new; only bigger markets like California get them first.

Just wondering if this is the same planner that is in her mycraftchannel video show right now? I was thinking I read on her blog that it would only be available at lss and independent stores (ie not michaels or joann). I'm thrilled if is and the same one too!! I also want the watercolor dreamy version! I agree...definitely would save some $$ with shipping (and of course the coupon savings).
I'll let you know if I spot it today at my M's in Maryland.

Rosered, I could not have said it better. I had a list hand and planned to buy a large portion of the line and of course all my local Michaels had was a 40% off sign with empty labeled hooks.
I think the manager gave you a stock answer. The strike was only settled a few days ago. Of course I keep crossing my fingers and yeah I will keep stocking Michaels since I drive by it 20 (yes really!) times a week anyway.

Yes - Absolutely Correct about Michaels employees - They do not know or care! I went yesterday looking for the same stuff and it was not at my Michaels either.

Since these were part of Heidi's product line that was held up at the dock...wonder if anyone on the board has a Michaels connection and can find out any 411 on the warehouse stock and store distribution schedule. Like, if stores will miss this sale week completely?

Product spotted!
Out of 28 labeled pegs, all dedicated to the new Heidi Swapp planner line. 5 pegs had real live touchable product. One of the 5x8 note pads, the washi tape book, paper clip flags, chipboard stickers foil and the alpha glitter stickers. The store is located in Gilbert, AZ.
At this particular Michaels, product comes out in spurts. Sooo who knows what and when the whole line will be delivered and/or shelved.
The best news is they WILL raincheck any items not in stock. (I did ask today)
My stalking continues...
Eta-"one of" was in reference to the pegs. Of the 5 glorious pegs of product, each peg had 4-8 items.

Well...that's good news!!!
Kind of a bummer though for the rest of the missing pegs and stores without any product. Just got an email. 20% off entire purchase including sale items from 3-9PM today. So I definitely would have been buying one of everything today!!! 40% off everything PLUS another 20%...that would have been a GREAT deal!!!

Update I live near a large city, 3 michaels later, no planners, page protectors, embellishment pouch or stamps at any of them. Grrr. I ended up getting a rain check. The only cashier (he didn't want to hold up the line) called the manager for my 9 rain checks. She gave me one raincheck for the whole line. If something doesn't come in, she will issue another rain check until I have what I want. Fyi, for those in my camp who do not like giving their phone number out, Michaels calls you vs mailing your raincheck notice. All and all, Michaels did a really good job. When and if I ever see these planners, I will post here asap.  |

This isn't the first time this has happened. I've gone to Michael's the first day of a sale only to find empty shelves. I always figured some early birds had come in and cleaned them out but maybe they never had the products in the first place.

I have been looking all week and found it yesterday in MN. It wasn't in the scrapping section though, they had it by the flower arrangement station with all the spring stuff. If I hadn't been after the gesso in the painting section I wouldn't have found it. But I did walk out empty handed. I thought it was on sale but there was no sign and no one seemed to know. There were the 2 6x8 pads and a handful of embelishments with a lot of empty spots. Don't know if they never got it all or it sold out that quick.

I saw some of the new HS planner products in the Michael's closest to my home (about 2 miles away). They had lots of stickers, some paper and a few other items that I don't remember. No actual planners.

I hate how the people working at Michaels don't have a clue! When I asked them about HS stuff they said they haven't even heard of it then I asked a different employee and she showed me her old collection and while I was about to leave the store guess what?!?! I spotted the new collection and told the people look I found it and they said they never seen it in the store!! Wtf who hires these people?!?! Especially if they are the from the "scrapbook section know it alls" OK rant over..I did manage to find a few items but the binders were not on yet I'm assuming they are probably still stuck at Port or the manager is hiding them to sell this week after the sale ends..they said no rain check just what's on the floor.

I live in California and the store I usually go to did not have the line this weekend. We usually get product early, too. The stores in my area only get a truck once a week, on Tuesdays. If I get a chance, I'll try to run by today to see if any of the product is in.

Planners and all the accessories have arrived in Nebraska! Anybody else have a problem with the gold striped pouch holes not lining up with the rings in the planner? I am talking WAY off. And the awful tape that holds the accessories inside the pouch for packaging is leaving a bad residue on the inside of the pouch.

I got one pack of shiny gold chipboard stickers. There were a couple of other things in but not much. Most of the hooks were empty.
I'm going to stop at a different store this weekend in PA to see if they have more. Our store is really small compared to most.

Found the planner accessories in Texas but no planners. They were in a display in the middle of an aisle, not in the scrapbook section. I grabbed the washi book and a package of foil pocket cards.

Got the planner in Texas, they had tons of the black and white ones. Wanted the washi book but they didn't have that. The plastic pen holder wouldn't fit into this planner so didn't get that. Thanks for whoever posted to check that out.

I finally had time to stop by Michaels today and they had all of it, including the planners, so it must have been on the truck Tuesday as I suspected. I live in central California, btw.

Planners are present in East Texas along w a modest assortment of the accessories. I purchased the last pad of paper from the floral collection.
If you are buying the planner, be sure to inspect the metal ring mechanism for proper function beforehand. I looked at three different planners before I found one that closed properly.
I bought the black and white one to use but I also got the pastel one to play with...might use the guts to mix n match w the black n white one and then make a mini book out of the binder. I like the black and white stripe designs but prefer the fabric-feel of the hello one.
I also wish they hadn't printed all that advertising on the clear cover.
The line is on sale at 30% off and today there was an additional coupon for 15% off between 3pm and 7pm.
Did anyone else notice that weird smell?
