I thought there had been a thread at 2Peas about scraprooms and searched for one here but couldn't find any.
I've finally completed my scraproom. This time, I purchased craft room furniture rather than relying on my DH's yard sale/flea market finds (which look great to him but, more often than not, didn't work for me).
My room is approximately 11 x 12 so I was a bit limited as to what I could use. I've often heard the saying that for smaller spaces, you should "go vertical." And I think that's what I did with most of my furnishings and shelves.
This is the back wall where my 5-shelf IKEA Expedit holds TONS of stuff, and I mean TONS. Honestly, I think the Expedit is probably the best ever at storing scrapbooking/crafting supplies.
This is looking toward the right of the room. In the corner between the Expedit and Jetmax cubes are two crates (from AC Moore) that hold my assorted crafting books - painting, scrapbooking, etc. On the top is the Clip-It-Up that holds all my clear stamps (excluding Christmas stamps).
Over top the Jetmax cubes are two painted old cookie sheets which hold a good portion of my embellishments in magnetic containers. I forget where I'd seen the idea of the painted cookie sheets...maybe on Facebook? They work great for me!
Next to the Jetmax cubes is my work table.
Closet beyond work table. Next to the closet is a five-shelf bookcase that holds more supplies.
On the left side of the room is my desk, laptop and printer. I found the desk at a new and used furniture store. It's metal, with a wood top, and was originally dark brown. I painted it white to match my room. Above the desk are four wall shelves.
Close up of my work table.
Thank you all for looking!

Awesome! Love the creative touches, especially the baking sheets! Expedits (or whatever they're called now) are the absolute best thing ever-we have them all over the place! I don't have a scraproom, but I finally FINALLY just ordered myself a Workbox from Original Scrapbox. I get light-headed every time I think about it. I have been homeless since DS3 was born (almost 5 years now), living out of my CIS XXL with my stash clustered in a wonky configuration of my old crafting furniture plus some storage totes in the dark, cluttered, unfinished basement (thankfully the dehumidifier keeps them healthy). I've been so stunted and frustrated. I am so excited to get organized and be able to create regularly again, I cannot even stand it! So, I won't have a scraproom to share, but hopefully before long I'll be sharing my room-in-a-box!!!

Wow! What a great craft room! The expedit is awesome. I have the black one with the desk attached and it really does hold a ton. I love how the desk is right next to the opened closet with all those supplies. It looks like like a great place to craft.

What a pretty room. I like the fact you have included lots of little decorative bits and pieces as well as all the practical storage items. I took photos of my scraproom a year ago - I must do it again as it's changed a bit! Corinne

I love the room and all your decorating. Will you please share where you found the white 3 tier basket on top of your jetmax cubes? I would love to have one like it. Nancy

I love your room. Wow! It's just gorgeous. As a doll collector my eye went straight to your Phantom of the Opera dolls. Can I say envious, in a good way. :)Thank you so much for sharing. I was so inspired.

Lovely room! TFS! I have about the same size room with a wall of Expedits along one side. Not nearly as organized as your room though. Thanks for the inspiration to get going on my room.

I covered the legs, drawer pulls and key locks in painter's tape, covered the top with a large piece of plastic and taped it (since I painted it outside) and spray painted it. I painted three coats and it probably could have taken, at least, another coat - but I was happy with it with three. I did not paint the back of the desk or inside of the drawers. HTH!

I love the room and all your decorating. Will you please share where you found the white 3 tier basket on top of your jetmax cubes? I would love to have one like it. Nancy I found the white tier basket at Target several years ago. The top and bottom tiers hold ribbon and the middle tier holds my wooden journaling stamps (love those!). I'm not sure that Target carries the same tiered basket but they may have something similar in a different style. Also, check at your local Finders Keepers and Goodwill stores. Sometimes you can find really cool organizational stuff for cheap!

I was so inspired. LOL! They aren't the actual POTO doll set that was produced years ago (WAY too expensive). I found those dolls on eBay and dressed them to look as close to the characters as I could. I am definitely a fan of the Lloyd Webber Phantom of the Opera.
Although I've loved Barbie dolls since I was a kid, I don't collect them. When the repro's came out back in the 90s (I think) I purchased several that looked liked the ones my sister and I had when we were kids (those dolls are, unfortunately, long gone). I debated what sort of greenery to put atop my bookcase and then remembered those dolls which had been sitting in my closet, unopened, ever since I purchased them. I thought it would be perfect place to display them. That's when I got the idea of the POTO dolls for my Expedit.

I have some before and during the reorg pics; I need to share them, too. Believe me, once you see how my room used to look, you will definitely be inspired.
